I wrote an honest review on February 4, 2023, about my experience with John Megel Ford of Cleveland, GA after I purchased a 2020 Expedition on January 28, 2023. I am happy to say that they contacted me and have resolved all of the issues to my satisfaction. They worked with my local Ford dealer (3 hours away) to inspect and correct the "Restraints Indicator Lamp Warning" on the dashboard. They compensated me sufficiently for replacement tires. They realized that my experience was not perfect and bent over backwards to do what it took to make me a happy customer. I am very pleased with the follow-up and service after the sale that was provided by the sales manager. Based on how he handled my concerns, I would recommend John Megel Ford if anyone were to ask me about their integrity and diligence to make things right.

My Ford F-150 was not turning over during the starter process. I had it towed over to the dealership. Brian James was my service advisor and he made me feel at ease that he was going to get to the bottom of why my truck was not starting. I already knew it was not a battery issue and was not the starter. After a few days the problem was diagnosed but the price was a shocker. Brian worked with me on the price of the repairs. I appreciate that. I could go on with more but at the end of the day ..... other than the truck taking longer than expected to repair. The service was great and would go to Brian again with any issues with my truck.

Our previous salespeople are no longer there, but working with Jessica Jolley for the first time was absolutely wonderful!From the very first moment we met her, she listened closely to exactly what we were looking for. Instead of smothering us with typical sales pressure, she pointed us in the right direction toward the F-350s across the street and let us explore on our own. While we were looking, Jessica proactively checked her inventory system, verified they had the exact truck we wanted, and personally brought the keys right out to us. Her knowledge is incredible—she answered every single question we threw at her without a second of hesitation.The entire sales and paperwork process went incredibly smoothly. To top it all off, working with the finance manager, Noe Ponce, was an absolute pleasure. He has a great personality and made the final steps enjoyable. 2026 Ford Bronco review
Great features. Seat warmers are marvelous! Drives well. Using it mostly for commuting currently but can’t wait to take it for a bit roughing driving. Love the rugged but luxurious feel do the car.
