Great experience working with this dealership. I have worked with other dealerships in Houston in the past, but this one was the best. Sales was very responsive, price was fair and finance was very helpful and made my buying experience pleasurable.

Mac Haik Ford review
While I'm a little tardy on sharing my buying experience at Mac Haik, I can tell you I'm very happy with every aspect of it. Purchased/ordered a new Ford truck over the phone, dealt with Lawrence Gallegos at Mac Haik, easy to work with. Provided me with a great deal, great customer service and made sure everything was exactly as we talked about, even making sure the delivery was accomplished very professionally which included arranging transportation. Many thanks to Mac Haik and Lawrence for making my purchase a pleasure. Highly recommend this dealership

Great experience (again) but this time I bought a new car. Lyndi was wonderful to work with, as was Dominic and the "Tech guy"; I can't remember his name. Planet Ford will be my Preferred Dealer for my new car (Darkhorse), that is for sure.
2026 Ford Bronco review
My wife and I bought a new 2026 Outer Banks with the 2.7L V6 and the Lux Package. With about 2,000 miles on the odometer it has been a great purchase. It is missing a few options that an almost 60k truck should have (memory seats, etc.) and has way too many “nannies”. With that said, it has plenty of power when in Sport mode, the ride is comfortable and it gets decent gas mileage. It is loud at highway speeds but most of the noise is coming from the tires. Can’t wait to swap them for some BFG’s. Compared to the 2021 Jeep Wrangler JLU we had, the Bronco is much more refined. A tip for new buyers, attend one of the Bronco Off-Roadeo events that Ford offers. We just returned from the one in Tennessee and it was excellent. They really show you what the truck is capable of.

This has been the most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had. While I already had a very clear idea of what I was looking for, Mr. Hector Coronado went above and beyond to accommodate my preferences and present options that aligned as closely as possible with what I had in mind. The entire experience was outstanding! From the purchase itself and the trade-in process to all the little details that truly make a difference. His professionalism, honesty, attention to detail, and the trust he inspired made the process smooth and enjoyable. What impressed me the most was that his excellent customer service didn't end the day I drove off the lot. He continued to follow up and make sure everything was going well in the days afterward. That level of care is what gives you real peace of mind and satisfaction when making such an important decision as purchasing a vehicle. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I highly recommend this team. They work seamlessly together to deliver the truck we wanted at a fair price. I spent less than 15 minutes in the dealership in total. Our salesman, Tamarcus Miles, proactively reached out to associated dealers and swiftly found the exact vehicle we were seeking, minimizing any delays. The aftermarket parts department promptly provided us with a quick and fair quote, and all our accessories are currently being installed. Ryan Walker in the Finance department efficiently processed our paperwork, negotiated a fair deal on our trade-in, and secured the extended warranty we were hoping for. Monique in commercial service took care of our existing vehicle, and I have no doubt that we will perform just as well with this new one.

This process was actually pretty easy. They gave me a preliminary estimate on my trade in which turned out to be very accurate. I negotiated via email. I got the price I wanted. I did not finance but the paperwork took awhile longer than expected seeing the have electronic signing. Their ac was not working so it was pretty uncomfortable. My only complaint is they did not give me rear floor mats which I haven’t addressed because I just discovered it. Otherwise pretty painless. I would buy there again
