I had a awesome experience at this location with Gary K. I browsed several cars online , so I already had a list of what i wanted when I went in. Gary was friendly and very helpful in getting me what i want and let me test drive several cars before I chose what I want.
At the age of 64, I finally got to buy a good car! After all the jokes about car salesmen and bad stories, I actually took my younger brother with me for this experience. I arrived at Elder Ford at 10am to look there. I was greeted by Mike Hennigar. I told him what I needed and what my parameters were. I was honest and told him my budget. At this point he called a young gentleman named Mitch, he had already explained what I needed to get me into the car of my dreams! HaHa! Together we looked at about 40 cars on a computer, I chose the 5 I wanted to see. He went and got the cars, brought them right to me one by one, and I drove them all with Mitch in the car. About 3 hours later I chose the car I wanted! Now they had to find a financier for my car! In an hour they came out smiling I WAS FINANCED! But it didn't stop there. They took the car and cleaned it up beautiful and FILLED it with gas. Scott the finance officer answered all my questions and then followed up with calls to inform me all had went well.
One week later Mitch called me to see if I was enjoying my new car. I WAS!
My first experience with the "Big Bad" car salesman was wonderful, everything I wanted and more! Would recommend them to everyone. I am looking forward to living long enough to go, when its time, and buy my next car fro ELDER FORD!! Thanks for the great car buying experience!

I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Any dealership winning awards year after year is no coincidence! Great sales team, John Blanchard and his manager are top of the heap! I was very upset when I submitted my last post earlier today and I should have taken my issues to a manager. I called back and talked to Joe who is the used car manager. Bill Brown really stepped up and went out of there way to make me happy and I am very grateful. I was picked up by dealership, given a loaner car and was assured they would be retrieving my broken down vehicle! I would definitely take my business back here and recommend it to anyone else. Came in this morn.which what I thought was a huge trans.problem on my 2012 Ford Focus Jim in service quickly advised me on a trans module extended waranty by Ford . Fixed the problem in 4 hrs. Drove me home picked me up ,fixed 4 door latches on re-call and washed the car. Very satisfied!!
The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
