Chris communicated with me by email and was incredibly patient throughout the discussion. We were able to work out an agreement via email and my wife, Michelle, and I went to the dealership to finalize the purchase. When we arrived, with Michelle's 89 year old father in two, Chris greeted all three of us with incredible respect. He made the process as smooth as it could have been and we could not be happier. Chris made certain the car we chose and our experience exceeded our expectations.
My husband and I want to commend ms Hilda Garza and the finance manager David. My husband Shannon called the dealership and told them exactly what he was looking for in a truck and when we arrived ms Garza had the truck picked out to show us and withing a few hours we were doing paperwork and approved with 0% intrest!!!!....also I wanted to trade my mustang in on a new truck so in a few days later after my husband purchased his f150 4x4 .....we came back and once again Ms Hilda Garza helped me find the truck I wanted and she also made this buying experience pleasant as the first time we bought and again within a few hours we were signing papers on my new f150 4x4 truck I wanted!!!!.....Thank you ms Hilda Garza we love our new ford trucks!;)
I purchased a 2017 Escape SE and it was the best experience I ever had when purchasing a car. My sales lady Taylor was the best, she had everything ready for me. All I had to do was come sign the papers n pay down payment. The car was washed and full of gas ready for me. Thanks Planet Ford and Taylor. I am going to recommend you guys n Taylor to my family n friends. I am completely satisfied!
I talk to one of your Sales Manager who was quite helpful in discussing couple of Toyota Corolla in your show room of 2017, however, I have postponed for a month to purchase and will definitely contact if I am ready to purchase.
I really like having my car serviced here. I feel like my service rep knows me and cares about this issues I bring him with my car. They do the job right every time and you leave very satisfied. You don't just feel like another number with car problems.
The last 3 cars I have purchased have been from Car Max because I knew no matter the gender of the buyer, we would pay the same price. Sadly they did not have the year and model I was looking for. I went into a Ford dealership closer to my home and once I figured out that they wee attempting to play numbers games with me I walked out. The following week I went to Mac Haik Ford and met Mr Ellis Joubert. He was honest and understanding from the beginning to the end. He was able to locate the model and color I wanted and I got it at a fair price (I had done my homework on the internet prior to stepping foot in any dealership). I would highly recommend him to anyone that hates dealing with car sales people and the games that they play. Thank you so much Mr. Ellis, I love her!
Just got home from purchasing a new Expedition from Mac Haik. Our salesman, Aladdin Atassi was great to deal with. He is one of the nicest people you will meet. It took us a few days to get the deal done, but in the end, Aladdin got me the deal I wanted and was vary thorough all the way through the process. After we agreed on everything, he got me over to Yao in financing, who was great to deal with also, and out the door very quickly. Before we pulled away, he spent at least 20 minutes going over every possible feature with my wife. By that time the dealership was closed but he kept going until he showed us everything. Very pleased with the buying experience at Mac Haik and the people I dealt with there. If you need a vehicle, go see Aladdin. Great guy. Thanks Aladdin and Mac Haik.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I discussed the issue I had and reviewed the maintenance records I brought with me with Eric, my service rep. Eric was very helpful throughout. The dealership agreed to replace the missing wheel security lugnuts at no charge. Although the replacement lugnuts were not in stock, Eric called me later that same day and arranged for the lugnuts to be quickly installed.
