Saw the car online. Set up a test drive appointment. When I arrived the car was ready and Sales Consultant met me on arrival. The vehicle was very clean and exactly what was advertised. The finance manager, Ethan was very knowledgeable and professional. We couldn't come together on a trade in price. He offered to detail my car so that I can sell it privately at no charge. The car was listed as a great deal on Car Gurus. Left the Coulle Auto dealership feeling good on the purchase that I made.

Called for them to expect me in about 4 hrs. Made it in about 1hour and 30 minutes. Walked to the front door and a sales clerk ask me can i help you. And he says are you Derrick Sommerville?
