2019 Ford Escape review
I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

Archer Kia review
I cannot speak for all that work at Archer however I can speak about the salesmans Jacob Benazouz. I have bought many vehicles over the years to know the difference...Jacob is hands down the best sales person I ever worked with and completed a sale. Even months after the purchase Jacob took my call without going to admin or voicemail and answered my technical questions. He knows his stuff. I highly recommend speaking with him on your next Kia purchase! G. Mathews

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at DriveTime W. Houston. I bought a beautiful Volkswagen Tiguan SE. Milton was wonderful. He explained everything to me in simple terms for me to understand. He was honest and not pushy like I expected! I would recommend DriveTime AND Milton any day! Thanks Milton for a great experience

Mac Haik Ford PasadenaReviews
Mac Haik Ford Pasadena review
I am back again for a follow up on the last review. I was going to edit it out but it will not let me. There was some information that was missing when everything was handed over to Dave. Once I got his direct line number, he was very thorough and handled my calls. If I had to leave a VM he would call me back in a good time frame. The reason for the first review was for how we were feeling, but because we are Mac Haik customers they did work this out in a timely manner. Costs still accrued but we knew why and details pertaining to them.

Looking for good gas mileage and comfort. Also, looking for closer place to get service which Raabe provided. The reliability of the vehicle was also a consideration.
