My 19 year old son was shopping for a used car, and I was the co-purchaser. He called Bob Maxey and let Steve Azara know that he was interested in test driving a used ?17 Honda Civic. It had been snowing for days. When we showed up for the test drive, Steve had the car cleaned off, warmed up, and ready out front. He welcomed us both with helpful information for our test drive, but he was not at all pushy. Steve took time to make sure our questions were answered fully and made sure to speak to both of us as co-owners. Other dealers tended to speak only to my son (the driver) or me (the one providing more money). We both left feeling respected. Steve was able to get us quickly approved for a good deal on the loan. Purchasing went smoothly and was very organized. The car was detailed beautifully. My son and I were super pleased. We had never been to Bob Maxey previously, but will now highly recommend it to family and friends.

My experience leasing a new Ram pickup with Richardson was outstanding thru out the entire process, Paul who I worked with on my last Ram lease was very clear and concise working things out to suit my needs, and assigning an excellent sales associate to me in Norman. Jon was involved in the process also, a great team that really worked hard to exemplify customer satisfaction and service something that tends to rarely surface in today’s competitive environment. I have recommended Richardsons to several friends and will surly patronize them in the future!
