Shortly after, I received a phone call explaining the cause of the problem, what repairs were needed, and a clear estimate of the cost. The advisor was straightforward, professional, and kept me well informed throughout the process. Once I approved the repair, the necessary parts were ordered, and the work was completed within 2 days. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround time. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and eager to help. I have brought my vehicle to this dealership many times over the years, I have always been satisfied with the service I received.
