Only downfall was that the trade-in we did, may take up to 30 days for the dealership to pay off. Did get a surprise, after just over a hundred miles, we have to take the vehicle in for an oil change, wasn't expecting to be going to the dealership so quickly. Other than that, I highly recommend this dealership. Joe was great!!!
