DCH Ford of Eatontown review
What an experience, I walked in jaded and defensive about purchasing a vehicle. I’m always skeptical about car salesman and I’m going to admit. Tommy was the best and very upfront and professional. I would highly recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from Tommy. Tommy is A+ and great to do business with. I actually apologized to him for being skeptical and standoffish. Great deal and would love to do business with Tommy again

George Wall Ford Lincoln review
My experience with George Wall Ford just could not have gone better. No pressure sales and patience with the questions I had. Following my purchase of a 2024 Ford F250 their service dept. picked up right where the sales team left off. They are extremely courteous and complete. This dealership is run exactly how a customer wants a business to be run.

This is my second time leasing a new car with Kia. Jason D was my salesman once again and he never disappoints. He is always honest and straight forward and friendly. This time I purchased a fully loaded k4. I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you Jason!
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

We came today to city world for the first time, and only have great things to say!! Great staff, incredible service. Thank you to Jonathan our sales rep who helped us with this process to be stress free and very smooth. We came with so many insecurities and left driving our new car! Strongly recommended!!
2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.

Devon and the rest of the staff here were very helpful, kind, and to the point during this process. I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a Nissan Xterra through this dealer, and I was completely impressed with the entire process. No hassles. Will do business with them again!
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.
