Mazda 112 review
Excellent service by Anthony. We have bought many cars from Anthony Pavone. He always does the right thing?
2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.

Sayville FordReviews
Sayville Ford review
My experience purchasing my Dark Horse was absolutely a 5-star experience, and a huge part of that was my salesman, Vincent Visceglia. From the moment Vincent reached out to me about the car through the day of delivery, he went above and beyond to make the entire process as simple, straightforward, and stress-free as possible. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to do whatever he could to make sure everything went smoothly. The finance manager also made the loan process incredibly easy and effortless. There was no unnecessary hassle or pressure, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and professional. From sales to finance to delivery, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly don't have anything negative to point out. The dealership made purchasing my Dark Horse an enjoyable experience from beginning to end, and Vincent in particular deserves a lot of credit for making it such a great experience.

Sayville FordReviews
Sayville Ford review
If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely trustworthy salesperson, ask for Vincent Visceglia at Sayville Ford. I originally purchased my new Mustang while Vinny was at another local dealership, and the experience was so exceptional that I felt compelled to leave this review now that he is at Sayville Ford. From the very beginning, Vinny made the entire buying process smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free. He took the time to walk me through every step of the purchase, explained everything clearly, and answered every question I had thoroughly and patiently. What really sets Vinny apart is that he genuinely cares about his customers. At no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or pushed into anything. He was straightforward, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, options, financing, and the entire process from start to finish. In an industry where trust can sometimes be hard to find, Vinny absolutely earned mine. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made what could have been an overwhelming experience actually enjoyable. Even after the sale, he remained available for questions and continued to provide outstanding customer service. People often remember the car they bought, but just as important is the person who helped them buy it. Vinny is the kind of salesperson who builds long-term customers because of how well he treats people. If you are considering buying a vehicle from Sayville Ford, do yourself a favor and ask for Vincent Visceglia. You will be in excellent hands.

I have been going to this dealership for years! Probably 10+years. Karen Hesdra andmanager Doug Curtis are phenomenal! I have been made to feel like one of the family They have always been fair with me and have gone above and beyond when I needed it. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Even their service dept is great! I have recommended my friends to use them and they are just as happy!
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Ken Ganley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Mentor review
This visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. The customer rep was extremely courteous and helpful which has always been my experience at this location. They have always taken great care of my vehicles throughout the years.
2023 Ford Escape review
I have owned Ford Escapes for my past three cars. The 2023 is my favorite. Smooth ride The display is so much larger. The adjustable rear seats are an added bonus

CarMax SchaumburgReviews
CarMax Schaumburg review
I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.
