The person I talked to was very interested in helping me get a vehicle but understood when I said that their location was inconvenient. He even offered to transfer a vehicle to my home to try it out. Very nice person. I refused at the time of my conversation because I had an appointment to discuss another vehicle in my area. Purchased used vehicle through the online pricing. They were unwilling to negotiate further on this price. Salesman was responsive and friendly. After I purchased a fairly new, 2011 Milan, and paid, noticed that rear tail light was cracked - this was not disclosed by the dealer.

Went on a Saturday to look at a car guy said can't help me, went back Monday with my dad and a print out another guy helped. The car had a taillight out. Asked if they would replace it they wouldn't. Said it is as is . All in all it was ok
I was looking for an economical replacement for the 2002 Jeep I'd had for 10 years. I found several Ford Escape Hybrid on-line and read many reviews. The salesman and sales manager were friendly and up front about the vehicle we bought and the one we traded in. We called ahead about the vehicle we wanted to see and everything was ready when we got there. They even filled the gas tank up for us.
