Best car for the price
by Babbsy from Downingtown, Pa

This car is perfect for my needs. I like the size and there is enough head room and leg room for my 6’4” husband. It is a very quiet ride and like the interior. Was looking at the CRV but couldn’t justify the price. It is a great car.
Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
I found the car I wanted online, the only problem was that I lived 4 hours away from the dealership. I shared with Cory Wohlford that I couldn't make multiple trips and needed everything to be easy and turn key and he did exactly that. Cory worked with me on the phone and by email to get everything taken care of.
I wish this dealership was in my community.

Nice and comfortable, fun!

So far so good, wish it would get better gas mileage. Enjoying the sun roof and great features. It will meet my needs and expectations.
I moved to Kalamazoo back in the spring and needed to have my oil changed and tires rotated in Nov. I called the Ford dealership in the Kzoo area and could not get any appointment for two weeks. Never had this issue with Grand Ledge Ford in my previous city. I called up Lakeview in Battle creek and they got me in the same day. Arrived for my appointment early and they had my truck on the rack in less than 10 minutes and I was out of there quickly. Service staff was very nice and professional as well. Even though it 18 miles and a 25-30 minute drive from where I live, as long as I live in the Kzoo area, I will use Lakeview for all my Ford service needs!
Oh, and they didn't pressure me on buying all kinds of things that I know I didn't need as well. I was a service manager for 16 years for several major car rental companies and know when I am being taken advantage of.
So again, thank you for your outstanding and honest service. It got you a customer that will be dedicated to you as long as I am in the Kzoo area.

Luxury Comfort but at a lower price than others...

We love our 2018 Ford Escape! We ended up with the Titanium trim level which has all the "bells and whistles." Comparing it to similar vehicles (Foresters, Sportages, Santa Fes) we have no regrets. With the Escape we feel you get a car that sits a little higher than the others but still has a smooth ride. At the trim level we purchased, we feel like you are driving a luxury vehicle but not near the price of the others base models.
I recently bought a used car from Lakeview Ford Lincoln and dealt with Sharlena Jenkins nearly the whole time. The whole process couldn't have been much easier. She was straightforward, relaxed, and anxious to be helpful the entire time. If you have reservations about having to interact with the used car salesman cliché when buying a car and are looking to work with a regular person instead, she's someone you should look into.

The escape is very nice and a lot of room for our vactions. the gas mileage is very good around 30 so far with only 600 miles on it. thanks ford.
Pleasant experience in checking out the Lincoln MKC's. Tried out a couple of them with my Salesman and found one I think I can afford. So far I really like the Lincoln MKC I leased. The only thing I have found so far is that I didn't get the one that you can open the tailgate with your foot instead of the key or the button on the back door. The last car I leased (Ford Escape) had that feature and I used it all the time.

Great Vehicle for the Price

I am so blessed coming from having no heat to this amazing vehicle is well worth the wait. The axle on my Jeep was separating as I was driving to the Dealership. God blessed me to get there safe. I did not have to drive the Jeep back home.
Went to the GMC dealer in the morning; they were not willing to work with us. After reading an article about Ram outselling GM trucks, we stopped at Vicksburg Chrysler. Their inventory was good, the salesperson (Joe Mater) was great to deal with. After talking to us, Joe realized we were looking for the bottom line without any back and forth negotiating. Within 10 minutes, we had a very good number, and after lunch, we are driving home with a new 1500 Laramie.

Two years no problems year then....

I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.
Grandson bought his first car.
2017 focus 8000 miles from Ziegler. He is eighteen. Father lost in army.
I helped him by phone. I trusted these guys to play it straight because of reputation and my interview of used car manager.
All went just right. My grandson moved to Texas. Austin. Engine blew. Local dealer Maxwell Ford tried to charge him $6500.00 to fix it. Would not file warranty claim. I called Rob Carrol at Ziegler asked for help. He coordinated with Mike the service director and the owner Harold Ziegler. They tried to help with this dealer. Maxwell's service director Jim May would not help. $6500 that was it!
Ziegler sent a truck to pick up the car in Texas and brought it back to Plainwell Mich. to their dealership. Filed a warranty claim with Ford motor company. New motor installed No charge. Zieler covered transporting the car from Austin Tex. to Michigan because they said it was the right thing. That's leadership and customer commitment in my book.
