Brian was great made a great offer I spoke through email and by phone he was always nice and never pressured me. Whatever I ask for he had ready for me as quick as possible. He never played games and truly offer a great price off the bat. Unfortunately my mom decided not to by a car at all. If I am looking for a car in the future I would surely go back to him. This is the 4th Toyota I have bought from them All have gone 500,000 miles plus but one that was in a rear ending total with only 80,000 miles on it. They have maintained all of them till I gave them to my son and he drove all of them for years before selling them.

Candy Ford did a wonderful job getting me everything I needed to move into a new F-150. I traded in a 14 F-150 got enough money to payoff the old truck, pay the down payment on the new truck and almost payoff my other car. All said and done I???m paying out between $350 and $400 less a month and in a new truck.
Found the vehicle I wanted online but it was at a small dealer and was concerned. I had to travel 1 hour and it was more than worth it. The sales person was very helpful describing the vehicle on the phone and when I got there it was as he said. Not pushy very friendly truly making this a win win deal. I love my truck!!

I went in for an oil change on my Escape and came out with a 2018 F150! Robert Andrus did a fantastic job listening to me about my needs and wants in a vehicle and were able to get me a quality truck in my price range. They all stayed late to take care of me and this sale and that meant a lot because they could have easily asked for me to come back at a future date. I highly suggest LaFontaine Ford in Lansing as they are one of the few dealerships where the staff listens to the customers and work hard to match the owner with the right vehicle.
I have never had any issues one way or another with either the service department or my salesman.
