I went into Premier Kia of Lufkin with a price I wanted to pay for a new Kia Soul and said I would go to Houston to get that price if I had to, but I hoped they could match it because I preferred to buy locally. I test drove a Soul with Kia salesman Ben Blake who pointed out many features of the car along the way. I bought the first and only car I test drove because it was such a good car and such a good deal, and I haven't had a moment of buyers' remorse. Both Ben Blake and their other Ben in their Finance Department made my purchase a completely smooth process and easily answered all of my questions about the purchase and the car... And there were many. I am very happy with the car. It gets great gas mileage. It sits "tall" like a SUV while being small enough to fit into any parking space not already completely occupied. I recommend Kia Premier and the Soul if you want a small SUV on a budget.
Two years no problems year then....

I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.
Out of town customer who had a concern about the fuel line performance of my 2009 Ford Escape. Drove to Tipton Ford to have it looked at 4/19/17. Service rep Justin worked me in same day and checked it out. A warranted part was replaced and I was not charged anything. My 14 hr. drive back to Indianapolis was made in complete confidence.
I am extremely grateful to Tipton for their courteous and efficient service. You guys are the best!

I am so blessed coming from having no heat to this amazing vehicle is well worth the wait. The axle on my Jeep was separating as I was driving to the Dealership. God blessed me to get there safe. I did not have to drive the Jeep back home.
I brought my 2010 f350 in for some preventive maintenance,changing the oil, rotating tires,replacing fuel filters etc.,also I had a bad bounce when i hit bumps in the road,thought i might need some shocks too.Tipton checked out my truck and found some major problems under the truck.Tipton took care of my problems in efficient time.The truck now runs like new.
I love my car!

This car meets all of my needs. It is roomy and comfortable, drives very smooth, and has little or no blind spots. I have only had it for a couple of days. But I live my car!
I have purchased parts from Al Meyer Ford several times in the past with no complaints whatsoever. Recently I took my truck in for service for the first time and I noticed they seemed to have an awful lot going on that day. Not sure if they were just busy or shorthanded, but I still got taken care of fairly quickly. Chris, the young man who helped me looked to be doing the work of 2 people and training a new guy at the same time but they were both friendly and helpful.

This is the third Ford Escape I have owned. I have stepped up in model each time. This is a Titanium. I am loving all of the ' bells and whistles' it has. It has plenty of leg room front and back; and the cargo space is fabulous. I am loving the moon roof and heated seats, too, as well as the mpg.
Their inventory on Super Duties was impressive. I found the exact one I was looking for and the price was more than fair. My salesperson had his product knowledge down and the trailer assist back up camera is what locked me down, this will make my job so much easier. They have a customer for life!

Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.
I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.
Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
Wendy provided customer service that was 2nd to none. Very pleasant and professional. Rick knew immediately what the problem was even tho I had 2 other mechanics attempt to diagnose the issue and we're unable to. Great job.

Perfect for my requirements. Plan to keep a long time. Great on road trips and around town. Have the 2L ecoboost, get ~ 29 mpg hwy, 22 city. Now have 105,000 miles, runs like new. Only 'repair' was to replace the vacuum pump (brakes). The battery is a PITA to replace.
