Best dealership experience I've ever had

Talk about amazing customer service ??? that's how I would embody my experience with Grant and McDonald GMC. I reached out to Grant (who previously helped my brother secure a lease) around March 2017, when I still had about 8 months left in my 2014 GMC Terrain lease. I mentioned to him that I was looking for a lower payment, something as nice or nicer than what I had, lease pull-ahead, and at least 12,000 miles per year (a tall order!) I'm sure he could have laughed me off, but Grant was friendly, honest, available, and easy to communicate with during the whole process. He kept in touch every month letting me know about the best deals for my situation, until he finally found a great lease deal for me a few days ago. My situation was also unique in that I was working with him from 100 miles away! I never even stepped foot in the dealership but absolutely felt like I had personalized service. Within a few days span, he had everything ready, went out of his way to deliver papers, and even had the car delivered to my home in metro Detroit (with a full tank of gas!) I can't say enough about how awesome and easy going he was to work with, and was always a text or phone call away. I highly recommend working with Grant and McDonald GMC and will surely contact them again in 24 months (or less) when my new lease is up.
