I am very happy with my "new" 2016 Ford Expedition, King Ranch Edition! I have had 2 Expedition Eddie Bauer Editions, so I am very familiar with them. Still, the features and quality trim and interior were beyond my expectations. My wife and I drove it home over one thousand miles over a couple days, and it drove like a dream and performed very well! The look of the Expedition turns heads, and I'll probably drive it for a long time.

They were knowable, personable, friendly, and great to work with. Brayden tried very hard to help me.

This my 9th expedition and I have purchased my tenth. The vehicles have continually improved. The 2016 Platinum has a strong sporty look. I will purchase this vehicle again.

One of my favorite automebiles. Excellent ride. Lot of roon to haul the family. Low miles and lots of life left. Black with 22 inch wheels make it a head turner.

A Great Vehicle, except, in my 98 when 2nd Row of seats to flatten level there was a hinged cover that fell into place to cover a Large Gap between the Lowered 3rd Row Seats and the 2nd row seats. The 2016 DOES NOT HAVE IT. A BIG FLAW. Someone at Ford had a bad idea to delete this Essential Cover. I can guess why. (For another thesis.) Ford should/must provide a Free Retro Fit Covers and the Cost of Installation. COME ON FOMOCO, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING, OPPS You Were Not Thinking of your loyal customers.

This dealership is the greatest in the metro Detroit MI and around the Toledo OH areas. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate on a 2025 Hybrid Toyota Camry. This dealership was the only one that would negotiate with me. It was also the nicest dealership. I negotiated with them on 1/27/25. That is a time period when dealerships should negotiate. Dealerships make bonuses based on monthly quotas, incentives, etc. Sales people are normally only commission pay in the car sales business. If they don't rnake there quota they need to pay back the dealership for a pro ration of there quota shortage. Please learn about commission only payment for employees. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate pricing on the camry. This dealership answered my many questions. They didn't push me to come into there dealership. They respected my request to communicate via only by email (until I was ready to make a phone call to the dealership). They still do not phone me after I phoned them and honored my communicate by just email. I didn't agree with a charge dealerships gives to customers. This dealership was the only one negotiable on that charge. When I received my new vehicle the tank was filled up with gas. It was also very clean. They also threw in some options with my negotiated price. Don't waste much time calling other dealerships. This dealership is the only one that will give you respect. This dealership is the only one that will be negotiable. The other dealerships did not even want to give me $1.00 off the price. Also, the dealership will give you the out the door price. The dealership will not do the usual games of pushing you for "what do you want for a monthly payment". Also, I wasn't lied to by this dealership. I caught at least one lie from one person at every other dealership. Normally, if i were talking to more than one person it would be at least one lie per person per dealership. I also shopped at dealerships for a used vehicle this past summer. i followed the same procedures. all of the same things happened to me this past summer. it is very sad and sick. sadly, in the summer time page toyota didn't have my sought after vehicle. after my experience in the summertime i was exhausted from the horrible experiences. i have to shop so that is why i'm back shopping for a vehicle. My sales person Alberto Ramos was awesome. I checked out multiple Mazda dealerships; but he was the reason. I came back because of his knowledge and customer service. Van was as described. This was a long distance deal that went very smooth. My sales representative Linda was excellent in sending me photos and answered any questions or concerns I had.

No other Ram dealer in the area was willing to dealer trade several states away. Pegasus went beyond and found me exactly what I wanted in Wyoming! Quick delivery and super easy financing. Great communication and photos of my truck on the trailer - nice! The sales manager is the best in North Texas. Like buying from a friend. Nice change from the usual numb buying experience.
