Hopefully it will last like my last Tahoe with 200,000+ miles and still going strong. Great vehicles. Lots of appeal inside and out. Now if she performs as well as she looks all will go very well.
I had my 2018 GMC Sierra in for service and need to have an additional key made for the vehicle. I had inquired previously about it and was told it was in the neighborhood of $60-70 dollars. This was pricey but fine. However when checking out, I was informed it would be $131 dollars. I had to one full hour of labor to make one key. I find this outrageous and totally unacceptable. I have serious doubts that I will return for service any further. I understand they have to set up the computer to cut the new style keys, but give me a break, one hour of labor! Thanks and guess I will see you another time.

Lemon, knocking in suspension, electrical flickers, ac stopped working, mantake infold went all this within 2 yrs 68000 miles, Customer Care offered $70 towards a good will repair on AC knowing air condenser is defective in certain models
Replacing my review titled Be honest with customers. Cars.com doesn’t allow for easy removal or update of reviews. I fixed the issues with the car at my own cost. I had got the car at a good price anyway since when bought new it’s a car that costs over $100k. So I accept that, and since car drives great after the repairs think it’s appropriate to revise the ratings for Imperial Highline.
I leased Chevy Traverse in 2017 from this dealership when it was Manassas Chevrolet and had a bad experience. This time wanted to buy a Cruze. Every step went without any issue. Sales Associate Carlos was very professional and nice. Austin in finance answered all my concerns and was very professional. It was overall very good experience.

Drives like a luxury vehicle, not a truck. Very comfortable ride & super dependable. The features are great and it is a beautiful SUV. Would definitely recommend!
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

Hands down the best large SUV you can buy. LTZ model gives you every bell and whistle that a denali or escalade has (besides the larger engine, hence the 4 stars for performance as it could have a little more torque) but for much less money. 40k miles in, never a single problem with anything at all, truck looks and drives brand new still. Can't wait to buy another one.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. She knew what she was doing, she knew what I was looking for and worked to get that vehicle for me. I would recommend her. She is very motivated and you can tell she loves her job.
Patty, Boyd and Chris made my transaction quick and smooth. There's not really anything else to say. If you've bought vehicles in the past, you know how important that is. I was in, and out the door in just over an hour. That is not an exaggeration.
Coming in for a older car left with a brand new one!

I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.

This vehicle is so comfortable and it has met all my families needs. I purchased a mid level LT model and I would recommend storing up to the LTZ for most people as I wish I would have. The seats are very comfortable and the mylink infotainment system is very easy to use. The gas mileage is rated at 16 city/22 highway and I’ve always averaged 21-23 no matter what. With that being said I’m a very efficient driver and you really have to baby the gas peddle to get that mpg. It’s excessively hard to park this vehicle so I always park at the back of parking lots. The comfort on road trips and for my family is amazing. The acceleration is around the 7 second range to 60 but it feels slower because the transmission is geared so high that it’s always in a higher gear than you expect in the name of fuel economy. It fun to drive in an odd way and it’s easy enough to nip threw traffic. The cabin is ultra luxurious for a Chevrolet and at 62,000 miles I’ve had no issues yet! I highly recommend this car to anyone just know the gas mileage sucks and the car is hard to park.
