This SUV is a dream to drive and rides so smooth. Comfortable seating for 7 and easily accessible 3rd row seating. All the latest technology makes the Expedition easy to maneuver. Gas mileage up around 23 mpg so better than F-150. My best vehicle so far!!

My 2008 expedition serves all my needs. I else will be investing in the 2022 platinum model when it comes about. I have 110,000 miles on the 2008 and you can’t even hear the engine. Got lucky. What a find.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Thankfully, Vroom gives me a 60-day temp tag so there is ample time to receive the plates. I traded in a 2016 Platinum Expedition for a 2018 Platinum Expedition. I was absolutely blown away by the difference. This is like driving a Lexus. The fit and finish are perfect, super quiet ride, every gadget you could want and then some. It is a tremendous value for the luxury you get. You have to test drive it to believe because I was skeptical as well. could not believe the difference.

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! I almost want to buy another car so I can do it all over again... it sounds like a joke, but you will understand when you experience it yourself. 🎶Car-vana-oooo-na-na🎶

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. We were from Indiana and came to Garbers with a broken down Mazda late Saturday afternoon just before they closed. They were closed Sunday so Monday was our target for repairs. The repair process became a bigger job than expected and added another day for us in Midland. By Tuesday at 10 am we were off to Indiana with a fixed vehicle finally heading for home. Thank to everyone. Thanks to Bobby for being so kind and helpful. Also, thank you for allowing us to drive a 2018 Equinox for the 3 days and providing lunch while we waited Monday. I purchased a car in Aug 2018, there was a delay with the delivery. No big deal they called me and offered me an Uber being the next day I didn't have a ride there. I didn't like it and it was returned it with no issues. 3 weeks later i ordered another car. I love the ease of ordering online and the description of the car isn't too far off. I received my second car and it had a small dirt area on the back. I made a joke about it with the delivery driver and he made a call and they gave me a detail on them. Then as I was going through the settings of the vehicle I noticed one of the the items they listed as a perk wasn't actually in the car. I called carvana and they admitted to their mistake and accommodated me with what they were able to offer. I have never been to a dealer that will admit their mistake and then try to assist you to make things at ease for you. If i am in the market again I will definitely come here. I would recommend them. Their customer service is great and even the warranty/claims area. I took the car to the dealer to get it looked over and when they found an item they called Carvana and it was taken care of without an issue. This was a hassle free buy. Thank you Carvana I do not remember my delivery driver name but he was the best. Thank you Michelle Benitez for all the great help and customer service you gave me. I completely enjoyed my car buying experience with Carvana! The online process was so simple. After selecting the vehicle I wanted to purchase, it was just a matter of uploading a few documents and I had an offer on my trade-in and financing approval within minutes. I picked up my car at their Nashville location a couple of days later and it was delivered spotless and in like-new condition. The entire pick-up experience took less than an hour and that's including a 20 minute test drive. No hassles, no sales pitch and no pressure. I wish I could remember the name of the customer advocate in Nashville (I think it was AJ-but I'm not 100% sure about that) because he was excellent and deserves a shout-out in this review. The only extremely slight negative was that the 360 website tour of the vehicle that I purchased incorrectly showed heated seats as one of the features but the car does not have heated seats. Wasn't a deal breaker for me as the car was a great value for the features that it did have and it was otherwise exactly as advertised. Loving my nearly new car and would definitely buy from Carvana again!

We certainly have had no disappointments. I had done a lot of reading and comparing before purchasing this SUV. We are still learning new things about its capabilities. We are replacing a 2003 Expedition, and after looking used we test drove the new re-designed 2018, and were blown away. The difference between the 2018 and the 2017 is phenomenal. We never thought we would buy new, but we are so glad we did.

I love my 2014 Kia Soul. It's the 2014 base model but has features most base models don't. Cruise control, bluetooth, digital dash with outside temp., avg. MPG, fuel window by miles remaining, etc.. It's like new, has low miles at 35K. I read some reviews about the Soul base models 1.6L engine, that it was sluggish or lacking power, I find this not to be true. I think some reviews are too picky, it's not a dodge charger with a hemi but it has more than enough power for any normal driver. There are a couple of barely noticeable blemishes but this is expected from a three year old vehicle. The process was much easier than dealing with a dealer or individual seller. I financed through Carvana, very easy process. The car drives like new and to my surprise, the Soul has a ton of room for a guy 6-2. The delivery guy was cool and the vehicle was delivered three business days after I purchased it. I saved a lot of money. I did my research and local dealers are charging around $1k more for this vehicle plus you have to pay their dealer fees and deal with the bs games they play (aggravating). I also saved $500 from a friend referral, so I saved around $2K. I would highly recommend Carvana.
I've owned 3 other Expeditions and this is best.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

We traded in our Xterra, because we just didn’t have any leg room with 2 full size car seats in the back. The Expedition has extra room to spare! Love our BIG family SUV

Bought my 2011 Expedition Limited in April 2016 with 116k miles. 3 years later, I have 160k miles on it now. It has served me very well. I love the power, the passenger capacity, and the vast cargo capacity. When I first bought it, some oil was leaking down into the spark plugs causing a random misfire. Had it repaired and no issues with that since. At 145k, needed to replace the water pump. Other than that, the vehicle has remained fairly low maintenance. I'm very happy with the purchase. I would have liked to get a newer one with less miles but didn't want to spend that much on the purchase. This vehicle looks and runs great and I would recommend. Can expect 300k-500k miles with regular maintenance.
