Excellent Experience SElling Our Car

We decided to see what kind of an offer City Auto would offer us on our BMW. We were apprehensive as we exped to be offered several thousand dollars less the the market value (we expected 30-40%). The final offer to buy our car was about $1,500 less then we would have gotten trying to sell it private party. Was very impressed with Candi and Jeremy. Sold the car and didn’t have to deal with tire kickers and haggling. Highly recomemd

My advisor was Bill Williamson. I say "advisor" because there was nothing "salesperson" or sales strategic about the transaction. His first objective was to ask me questions about MY needs, wants, and collective interests. He identified with the fact that I was trying to get out from under a huge deficit. Found a perfect car on the lot and worked his butt of the get me financed at the absolute lowest interest rate possible. We went through several options and offers before both settling on the one that was agreed to be the best option. In addition, Candi and Winnie were locked in and absolutely could not have made me happier. I will always give them the first opportunity at my business because I trust them.

Best experience I???ve had buying a vehicle.

I knew exactly what I was looking for. I started my search on CarGurus. I found a 2016 Jeep Rubicon at Wholesale Inc. I filled out the deal arrangement on their website for my trade and purchase of the Jeep. The next morning a Wholesale sales representative (Dylan Adams) text me about my inquiry. He informed me that the Jeep I wanted had been sold already. But, he said he could find me just about anything I wanted. I told him exactly what I was looking for and within an hour we worked out a deal on a 2018 Rubicon for a great price. I did 90% of my dealings through text and only spent an hour at the dealership. It was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend Dylan and Wholesale Inc. to anyone looking for any vehicle.

Wonderful Experience

1st off Ive never heard of Wholesale until cars.com, and we go to Mount Juliet a lot . We were in the Market for a minivan and have been on the search for awhile. I came across a Dodge 2017 Grand Caravan sxt, that Wholesale posted. My husband and I decided to go take a look. Now we were not set on a certain make, I thought I wanted a Toyota Sienna or Honda Odyssey. The day before we almost bought a 2013 Sienna. It didnt feel right so we decided against it, and left. Thank goodness we did because what is so cool about Wholesale is they have pretty much anything you would want. When we arrived we were greeted by Matt Holland. He was extremely nice and very easy to talk to. He asked us what we wanted (me being the vague person that I am tried to explain what we wanted or thought we wanted). He took us to the lot and showed us the Sienna's, Odysseys, Quest, etc. He did not rush us and we extremely helpful with answering any questions that we had. After looking at a ton of vans we decided our favorite was the 2017 Dodge that I saw on cars.com. The buying process was very smooth. It didn't take forever like some places. All in all We are very happy with our purchase and so glad we found this place, and if we are ever in the market for another vehicle we will be going here! Also wanna add John Lennon was extremely pleasant as well.

My wife and I had an exceptional experience with Wholesale Inc. in Mt Juliet while purchasing our Ford F-150 Lariat. Our salesman Mark Jones was very polite and professional and was not the typical ???car guy??? that just wanted to close the deal! Mark, along with floor manager, Scott Null made the experience simple and flawless! Thanks guys and we???ll be seeing you for our next vehicle purchase!!!

Great features, comfortable and reliable

The fifth generation Explorer is a fantastic offering in its class. The Explorer Platinum offers features that compete with luxury brands (first row heated/cooled/massage seats, lane keep, adaptive cruise), and in 52,000 miles I haven't had an issue so far. The 4WD system handles great in the snow, and the 3.5L twin turbo V6 offers plenty of power. The second row captain's chairs can be moved forward to offer third row occupants livable legroom, and there's still plenty of cargo space behind that. It handles well, tows well and is all around the best vehicle I've owned. I would recommend this SUV over any other in its class.

This car has all the bells and whistles one would expect from a premium vehicle, but at a much more affordable price. The interior is sleek and accommodating, as well as comfortable. I love the double panel sunroof and the heated seats! So far it's doing decent on gas mileage for considering its size. It also doesn't feel like driving a tank, it maneuvers well and rides smoothly!

Superb experience

Having relocated to the Nashville area from the Northeast, I had waited to purchase a vehicle in a Southern market. With some industry knowledge, I wanted to work with a prominent wholesaler who had a broad inventory, and avoid the hustle of a Franchise dealership. Once I identified the Lexus at my price point, I was connected with Harold York who provided a painless, easy and comfortable experience. After my 1st visit, I didn't make a purchase, and Harold gently narrowed down the focus and identified an IS 250 that was more to my liking. He used email to stay in contact, which was appreciated. The delivery process was seamless, and they have found a new customer who will strongly recommend this facility. Wholesale Inc. has figured out that doing the car business "the old way" is a thing of the past. Straight up pricing, no haggle, no salesman following you around....just professionals committed to providing you a great experience. In closing, I cannot possible speak highly enough on how Mr. York treated me and represented his employer.

We inquired about a particular vehicle, and Jamie responded right away. He gave us a great deal of information about the car prior to arrival and had the car pulled up to the door of the dealership for us. When we arrived at the dealership, he had Harold waiting at the door to greet us with a smile. Before showing the car to us, Harold took a little bit of time to see what our needs/wants were in a car. Then, he took time to point out the vehicle features but also things the vehicle needed work on. He was patient while we loaded our car seat and little one in the car and went for a test drive. When we expressed this wasn't the right match, he listened to what changes we needed. Our daughter had fallen asleep on the test drive. Instead of having us take her out of the car and wake her up, he let us drive that vehicle around the extensive lot to see if anything else caught our eye. When it did, he graciously offered to keep the car running with the air as it was over 90 degrees so she could continue sleeping while my husband checked out other vehicles. He was patient and honest with us the entire time. We never felt rushed or stressed, even when it came to be closing time, and we were still deciding to make an offer or not. They had a play area that kept our daughter entertained and plenty of water and snacks on hand for the process. We took two separate test drives and Harold inspected the car with my husband, actively looking for any concerns we may want to keep in mind. In the end, it was a terrific vehicle that more than met our needs. We were able to agree on a price and wrap up paperwork quickly. The vehicle was cleaned, and we drove off happy customers. We would highly recommend working with Harold. He is kind, patient, and genuinely values providing a terrific, high touch experience. He understands the gravity of the decision making process and sincerely cares about what is important to you. He prioritizes finding the RIGHT vehicle for your family, and it was definitely our most pleasant experience with a salesman and dealership. When we are in the market again, we will be calling Harold for sure, and we hope you do too. It was such a blessing to work with him.

I had resolved that I would be patient and search for exactly the SUV I wanted, and was willing to wait 6 to 12 months to find it, but Wholesale Inc. had the Tahoe of my dreams and the excellent customer service, friendly staff and ease of the transaction makes me not dread ever buying a car again. Past experiences brought on anxiety and stress thinking about trying to find and purchase a new vehicle, but what I experienced with Matt Holland and Robbie Crowder at Wholesale Inc. in Mt. Juliet was far removed from any previous experiences. I never felt pressured or hurried. I never felt like I was getting taken. The honesty and transparency of this company's salesmanship is at a higher standard than any I have been exposed to. John Lennon in finance helped me stay within my budget and made the paperwork so easy, it was a pleasure to work with him. Thank you for helping find my Tahoe. I love my ride!

Went in after work on a Saturday. We (wife and I) were greeted as soon as we walked in by Scott Null. We already knew what we wanted to look at, and within minutes were test driving the truck. Everyone there was super helpful and did not push anything on us that we didn???t want. Scott got us taken care of and then we met with John Lennon and took care of the finances. Once again nothing was pushed or forced on us that we didn???t want. Ultimately, we got the vehicle we wanted for a price we liked and got good value on our trade in. Everything about Wholesale Inc. and our buying experience was pleasant and quick. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

Two Rivers Ford Review
Amazingly positive car buying experience!

I had been searching for a 2016 F250 Lariat, 6.2L gas with specific features. Local dealers (Springfield, IL) could not find one. Through USAA Car Buying Service, I was connected to a dealer in MO that found the truck I wanted. I drove down on Friday (98 miles one way) in my trade vehicle to work the deal. They low-balled my trade big time. Unwilling to compromise. Frustrated and irked, I drove home thinking this was not going to happen. Well, Google is your friend. Having the trucks VIN, I found that it was at Two Rivers Ford. Saturday morning I called TRF, spoke with John Qualkinbush, VERY nice and pleasant to talk with. Has that easy mid-south drawl and brotherly/fatherly manner. Sent him info on my trade and a couple of photos. Short time later he called back with an offer that was $2550 above the offer from the MO dealer. We discussed incentives, other numbers and quickly came to a deal I could be happy about. Monday morning I left the house at 4am and drove the 6 hours to Two Rivers Ford. Truck was ready, they evaluated my trade and all the numbers were exactly as we had discussed over the phone. No games, no him-haw. I already had my financing arranged through USAA and they have worked with USAA finance before so it was easy, painless and the best car buying experience I have ever had. I'm 54 years old so this is not my first rodeo in car buying, but it was, by far, the best. Kenny Fitzpatrick handled the signing and paperwork and it was also a great experience. Thank you John Q for an outstanding experience in working this deal and getting me my dream truck with no hassles. I would gladly drive 6 hours to Two Rivers Ford and John Q for another vehicle purchase.

Car was delivered with outdated data loaded into navigation system, and for customer service advised to use cell phone instead. Smell of catalytic converter in passenger compartment due to design flaw and spent numerous times at dealer for fix, but it still stinks during rapid acceleration. Factory installed tires (Hankook) are junk after 25,000 miles.

Best car buying experience ever
by Nahyunk from DealerRater.com
November 6, 2018

We took a trip to Wholesale on Saturday from Clarksville and this being the third dealership I visited that week. Although I originally was set to see Scott, it was pretty busy and Jamie took care of us right away. I know most people would not think this is a big deal but it stood out to me that this business was more about helping customers right away then being "claimed" by one salesman. Later on toward the end, Scott ended up introducing himself and apologizing that he could not help me and him and Jamie both ended up helping me get set up with the Grand Cherokee Limited I purchased that day. Upon coming to this dealership, I had 3 Jeep Grand Cherokees in mind and one was sold a few hours before I got there so it was between two of them although they had TONS of Jeeps in stock. They truly did try and negotiate the price of the Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude that I wanted originally to my price range but it was not going to happen with my trade-in that had a negative equity. The Grand Cherokee I ended up purchasing was a year older and fully loaded, and we discussed the price and definitely got an amazing deal on it. Even though I was getting ready to give up on the day after the Altitude was not an option for me, Jamie was very positive and made it his goal to get me out of there that night with the car I wanted and was extremely helpful! We drove back to the lot where they had so many cars and reevaluated my options that was more in my price range. There was not one time where I felt like I was being pushed in one direction to another. Paper work was also smooth and the employees there all worked to give the best customer service asking if we needed anything to drink or eat. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had!

3.5 liter v6 has adequate power to move the vehicle, vs 3.5 liter v6 twn turbo, and turbo gets worse gas milage, but limited comes standar with a 2.3 liter I 4cylnder 280 hp engine but what rpm do you have to rev engine to to get the 280 hp, also I think this small of engine will not move the vehicle with effiencently thus getting poor gas mileage in comparison to the 3.5 liter engine. the xlt can be loaded with options, stereo none sony 6 spearker system with 8" nave screen sounds good , limited will come with electical button to fold 3rd row seats, and can get electical lifting power lift gate, but you can get this option with xlt, gas mileage is good for this size of vehicle, mpg is 20 mpg city highway if you drive very conservitatively you can get 22mpg for city highway driving engine is quiet, 6 speed transmition shifts smoothly. Long in comparison to Jeep grand cherokee. But the cost of maitenance should be much lower.

This dealership not only answered all my questions but made my dream of owning a 4-runner a reality. The whole staff was nothing short of amazing. Being a young female purchasing a car alone can be scary, but I felt respected and that I could trust everyone I worked with here. I would do all over again..and will use them again.

I bought it so that I could accomplish almost any job I needed to do. It gets great mileage for a larger vehicle and a great ride.

Ford Lincoln of Franklin Review
Excellent from begining to end!!

I was in the market for a fully loaded 2017 Ford Expedition, which were being heavily incentive by the factory. I came a cross a King Ranch Expedition at Ford Lincoln of Franklin that carried the Ford incentive but it was also discounted substantially because it had been used as a loaner for service customers. It had logged 2070 miles. I was contacted by Hayne, the Sales Rep and also spoke with Brian the F&I Manager via phone. The dealership was 80 miles form where I live and I already had financing in place. I was trading a 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited in which I had substantial equity and they offered me almost exactly what I was seeking on the trade, contingent on the vehicle being in excellent condition, which it was. I made an appointment to arrive at 10 AM on Friday morning, and when I did everything was in place. The Expedition had been beautifully detailed, Hayne showed me a round the dealership, which is impressive and Brian handled the business transaction as soon as he finished with a prior customer. Brian worked with the rep from my credit union and we got through everything with no issues. Hayne then took me out to the Expedition, gave me a bottle of ice cold water and a small box of customized chocolates (a first). Hayne covered all of the aspects of the vehicle and I was on my way in less than 40 minutes. The folks at Ford Lincoln of Franklin do things the right way, the first time. They were pleasant, forthright and did exactly what we had discussed over the phone. I came away knowing I'll do business with this dealership again because of the way they conducted themselves on this transaction. Finally, I had been in contact with 9 Ford dealerships in central TN and northern AL and even one in southern IL searching for the right vehicle. Some did ok, one was unresponsive even after a test drive, and 3 met my expectations. Ford Lincoln of Franklin was the only dealership that exceeded my expectations. I also got a follow-up call from Jesse Nichols asking if I was satisfied with the way I had been treated. You easily get the feeling that service and integrity are cornerstones for this excellent Ford dealership.

I love my 2011 Ford Explorer Limited and the 2017 Ford Explorer Limited I'm currently purchasing. I just wish it got better gas mileage and that it had Qi Wireless Charging capabilities as many other vehicles do.
