Yes, I had a very good experience at Sam Galloway?s dealership in Fort Myers ,Florida. They did quite a bit of work on my vehicle which was unexpected because I was just there to get the recall work completed and oil change and air filter for engine and all three wipers changed out? But needed replacement work on CV drive axle and boot. And I very much appreciated all the work and all the explanation of the work that needed to be done and the costs beforehand.. Tina, the service representative had done a fabulous job of getting all the costs and pictures of all the work that needed to be completed on my vehicle and came to me each time and explained everything very well and was very patient with my decisions? I definitely appreciated that very much, with a considerable amount of money to finish those repairs? Thank you so much Tina, for being very kind and patient and excellent service person? And thank you to all of Sam Galloway?s dealership personnel also for their excellent work?.

I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

Great vehicle, no problems after two years, will recommend to friends and family. Due to the shortage of workers the service department is terrible. Overall the vehicle is a 4.5 for me.

Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I brought my 2022 Elantra to this dealership for a tire repair. Unfortunately I had a blowout and had to buy a new tire. Not a huge big deal but, after the tire repair it would’ve been nice for the tech to clean all the pasty lubricant off the tire and rim after installation, and most of all it would have been nice when they put the spare back in the trunk to put the cover and Matt back in place. Am I expecting too much? This Is a 10 to 15 second task to put the covers on. I just think it is common courtesy, it’s what I would do. Other than that the staff in the service department was good.
