It was a vehicle we really wanted, but we did NOT purchase from that other place, nor will we. For all of the help we didn't receive from that salesman, they might as well sell cars at a kiosk. I was very happy with you for the assistance we received with the options we included (warranty and paint/interior protection). You were willing to try to save us money where you could. We purchased a 2024 Luncoln Nautilus with 5k miles. We needed to bring it back for some minor items. Bergstrom said it would take a full day and they didn't have a loaner available. Ally suggested that Bergstrom pick up the car from my residence. WOW! That was above and beyond. Ally also texted me periodically throughout the day to let me know the service progress. I appreciated this because then I could have an idea of when my vehicle would be returned. Ally texted me when the driver left Neenah and in 20 minutes, our Nautilus was in our driveway. Shout out to Matt N for his salesmanship as well!
