I found the customer service to be very helpful and easy to work with. Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

2025 Ford Explorer review
This Explorer replaces a 2017 I loved. That car is still in the family. The Platinum Edition is fabulous, lots of bells and whistles. I choose to turn off the lane management system. It is somewhat aggravating. The automatic on off at stoplights can be irritating when you have a lot of stoplights. I will turn this feature off when I’m in traffic at a lot of lights. Otherwise, I keep it on. There is a great deal of new technology on the vehicle which is located on the center screen. It was not hard to learn, and although I’ve had this vehicle for a month I’m still learning a few things. This vehicle is a six seater with heated and ventilated seats. The back windows have screens, which is great when your transporting little children and anyone else the seats also have an automatic fold. This car will move quickly great pick up and even with a new car around town, I’m getting 20 1/half miles per gallon on regular gas. Although being a six seater, it is not too big. I had looked at a jeep which ran a good $13,000 more for the same features. The new body style on the Jeep was not appealing to a family member so we stuck with the Ford.

A couple months prior to meeting Derek and Johnny at Cortez Auto Sales I had purchased a vehicle down south that left me discouraged of all dealerships it was a horrific experience but within the first half hour of talking with Derek and Johnny I felt at ease, I had been car shopping on and off for 5 or 6 months, both Johnny and Derek went above and beyond they the whole priced, 2 months later they are still taking care of any of my question and concerns, when I test over the car they let me take it by myself they told me take as long as I needed to make sure I liked it or until I knew I liked it or until I knew I didn't want it, a couple weeks after having the car I came out of work and I had a flat tire, I called Cortez they put brand new tires on it they are awesome, Cortez is not only the only review I've wrote but it's the good review I've wanted to write😋 way to go Bobby and Derrick...Thank you for getting me into my dream car...I LOVE Y'ALL AT CORTEZ...

2025 Ford Explorer review
Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

They accepted my well used trade in and helped with that process, ensuring that I didn't mistakenly leave any of my belonging in the vehicle. Damon went above and beyond in helping me get my thule box off of the roof and its contents packed away in bags. Finally, I had a few last minute requests that Damon was able to have installed in the car the day after I took possession. The vehicle that I wanted was less common, but Damon and Titus Will were able to procure one within a day or two. I love my purchase and I couldn't be more pleased with my car buying experience. I have one complaint. When I bought my car I presented my DD214 to the closing person to get my Purple Heart license plate. When I got a plate which was delivered to the dealership it was NOT a Purple Heart license plate. Turns out a Purple Heart license plate can only be mailed directly to the vehicle owner and NOT to the dealership. The application had to be resubmitted for the plate which I got in the mail, and, I had to file for a refund of the fees which should not have been paid. However, not all the fees paid in error and charged to me on closing were refundable. So, if you're going to apply for a Purple Heart license plate, remember Titus-Will may be ignorant (hard to believe) on the process. I would have thought such a large dealership should have known the state limitation on the mailing of these plates. So I am out some dollars.
