2025 Ford Explorer review
Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

I recently purchased a Bronco Sport from Serra Ford Rochester Hills. Overall, I had a very good experience with our salesperson, Ryan. He was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process, and I would definitely give him a high rating. Unfortunately, I was much less satisfied with the financing experience. I had asked about the financing rate earlier in the process and was told that the finance department would go over it with us. When we got to financing, however, I felt that the process was rushed, and the interest rate was never clearly discussed with us. I ultimately realized what rate I had received only after I got home and reviewed the paperwork, and it was higher than I had expected. I was also disappointed that one financing option apparently wasn't checked because the finance manager said my Experian credit file was locked. I had unlocked it, but rather than waiting for that to take effect and checking again, he simply moved forward. I would have appreciated more effort to make sure we were getting the best available financing rate. A significant amount of our time in the finance office was also spent discussing an extended warranty and other coverage. In retrospect, I wish more of that time had been spent clearly reviewing the loan terms, particularly the interest rate, before we signed. I want to emphasize that Ryan was excellent and that my concerns are specifically about the financing portion of the transaction. I’m happy with the Bronco Sport and appreciated Ryan’s help, but I think the dealership could improve the buying experience by making financing options and loan terms much more transparent and giving customers adequate time to understand them before completing the paperwork.

2025 Ford Explorer review
I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

Exceptional value. We’ve bought cars from this dealer for a decade. Most recently a 2025 Acura RDX A-spec with 9000 miles on it. I found records in the car showing that it sold 18 months ago for $51k. Current book was $41k. I paid $31k. Showroom clean. They disclosed and showed a picture of the rear end damage it sustained. All repairs made passed inspection from my mechanic. Understand that McComb Automotive specializes in the sale of R titled vehicles. Other reviewers missed this key point. Also understand that they DO NOT finance. This is clearly stated on the website. What you lose is the factory warranty, Acura guarantees 5 years bumper to bumper, 7 years power train. What you get is McComb’s warranty of 1 year power train, and exceptional savings. Do your homework, then go test drive a car. You will not be disappointed. Do not expect a slick salesperson or even an overly pleasant office staff, although Kathy was very helpful and efficient. This place is all about the cars. We purchased a 2017 Acura RDX IN 2018 and have made ZERO repairs to it. My sister has purchased a dozen cars from McComb Automotive and has loved every single one of them. We recommend them with no reservations.
