Within minutes JASON VIEIRA was calling me with details of the truck. As it turned out it was what I was looking for. I had driven several trucks at local dealers and knew I wanted a Ford. I called JASON and said I would be in the next day after work to purchase. That happened to be his day off but he came in. We did all the paperwork over the phone. Our previous salespeople are no longer there, but working with Jessica Jolley for the first time was absolutely wonderful!From the very first moment we met her, she listened closely to exactly what we were looking for. Instead of smothering us with typical sales pressure, she pointed us in the right direction toward the F-350s across the street and let us explore on our own. While we were looking, Jessica proactively checked her inventory system, verified they had the exact truck we wanted, and personally brought the keys right out to us. Her knowledge is incredible—she answered every single question we threw at her without a second of hesitation.The entire sales and paperwork process went incredibly smoothly. To top it all off, working with the finance manager, Noe Ponce, was an absolute pleasure. He has a great personality and made the final steps enjoyable.
