We made an appointment, and he had the truck I was interested in ready to go, I knew what I wanted and leased the car that evening. Andrew was friendly, professional, polite, and knew the vehicle and the process very well! I highly recommend working with Andrew, he’s great and you won’t be disappointed. About 2 weeks after the sale, and issue came up regarding the finance department, I received no response from finance, so I called Andrew and he had it resolved in a day. Thank you again!

I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! I’ll start by saying that everyone I’ve met at Price Ford has been professional and respectful, therefore, I only deducted one star in my rating. However, I was very disappointed with the Service Dept. ~4 months ago I purchased a new 2026 Raptor R. I love everything about this truck but the battery failed one morning. I called them about it and they offered to send a technician to jump start my truck. Then they called me back and said they couldn’t do this because “concern for potential damage to the “electronics” I had to call Roadside Service to tow my new truck to them. It took the 3 days to diagnose the problem. Really? Charge or, attempt to charge the battery, put a load test on charged battery, if the battery immediately “draws down” it’s a bad battery. Replace the battery, job complete! 3 days? They didn’t prioritize my vehicle commensurate to the level of the $$$ I spent on this truck and for that, I’m very disappointed with the Service Dept. I’ll avoid returning to them whenever I need service in the future.
