I always take my Range Rover Sport to this dealership. Service is excellent, the complimentary Lyft service and car wash is great. I recommend this service department.

Corwin Ford Reno review
I worked with Billy and Austin to purchase a used Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. I went to a dozen different dealerships while shopping for a car, and they provided the best service out of all of them. They let me take a super long test drive with a good route, and were happy to let me test its full capabilities and performance. If they didn't do that, honestly I would not have purchased the car. They were easy to coordinate with in terms of getting an independent mechanic to do a pre purchase inspections as well. Working with them was great.

Hertz Car Sales Sacramento review
I had picked out a vehicle online at Hertz's website (2014 Kia Forte EX) and went in to look it over and potentially purchase it. We called ahead and talked to Joseph Cardella who welcomed us right away when we got onto the lot. It was clear that he was knowledgeable about this specific vehicle and went above and beyond to take care of us and the car we were going to purchase. He and his manager, Fernando Rodriguez, did a wonderful job accommodating our budget needs in a way that reflected the quality customer service I've known Hertz to have for years. I highly recommend considering purchasing your car from these gentlemen.

We just purchase a 2020 Ford Explorer ST from TREVOR PARK at Folsom Lake Ford. Trevor took the time to go over every possible feature and was so knowledgeable! We were impressed. He went above and beyond our expectations. He was extremely patient, respectful and professional! Overall our purchasing experience was one of the best we've experienced, everyone is very friendly and greets you with a smile. The assistant sales manager "Kentucky" went above and beyond as well. I wasn?t really planning to buy a truck until later this year but I saw a truck that was priced ?too good to be true? so I inquired about it. To my surprise the price was real and the truck was in stock so I bought it. I can?t say enough good things about this dealer. The whole process couldn?t have been better and I would definitely buy from them again.

I negotiated my price prior to coming to the dealership. Picked up the Jeep to test drive and was happy with the vehicle. Andy the sales associate I was working with had me fill out credit app and in about 15 min. we walked over to finance. Finance was quick and painless. I was out the door with my new Jeep in about 1.5 hours. Much better than my past experience.

Hertz Car Sales Sacramento review
On the lot, and lucky enough to be greeted by JP. I told him what I wanted, and gave him my budget. He didn’t hesitate, and being a good listener, took me to the back, showed me 2 cars(choice). After a demo of both, invited us inside the humble office (old modular), and made an easy transition from agreement of terms, to finance, where we dealt with Hal... Right to the point(relaxing music playing), and after presenting our aftermarket options, ran paperwork, signed, graciously thanked us for our business, and off we went to dinner (in our Certified Sonata)..We’ll be back for more...

Great service, vehicle had to stay there for a while due to recall, great loaner vehicle, always kept in the loop and updated on what’s going on. Nick from the service department was really helpful and professional.
