After looking for weeks at Toyota RAV4's (used), I thought I found the one I wanted at Covert. Less than a mile into the test drive I knew it was NOT! I live over 200 miles from Appel, but they had the particular F-150 model and color I wanted while closer dealers didn't. After I contacted them about the truck, they promptly swung into action by providing videos and other information about the truck and making it extremely easy for my wife and I negotiate a price up front and schedule a visit two days later to test drive and then buy the truck. They did a great job of handling online communications and transactions and it was all above-board and painless. Javi Jr., our sales consultant, was particularly pleasant and helpful. All around, a great experience.

While we had to spend some time negotiating to get a fair value for my trade-in, I really appreciated their willingness to listen to my research and meet me at a price that worked for both of us.
