AutoNation Ford Scottsdale review
Car was great and well cared for. My expectations were exceeded. Especially with Jeremy in sales watching with patience my test driving and promptly answering all my questions. Also Brandon in financing, creatively & speedily expediting the options care packages in a clear way. Likewise the very generous help of AutoNation with dispatching friendly Dez who cheerfully assisted me in switching my cars.

I have been taking my vehicles to AutoNation Ford for many, many years! Their service has always been exceptional! Kevin Morgan, my service advisor, knows more about my vehicle than I do. He constantly makes sure it is serviced properly, in a timely manner and assures that everything is operating perfectly. As long as I continue to buy a Lincoln product, I will bring my vehicle to Kevin Morgan and AutoNation Ford for service.

Earnhardt Ford review
Recently purchased a new truck from this dealership. The main team member that helped and initiated contact with me was Art Manni. He was fantastic. Not once did I feel pressured with the purchase process. Art followed up with me, multiple times, even after I left the dealership, providing information to help me make a fully informed decision. Last minute I decided to look at another vehicle in their inventory, despite Art having cleaned/prepped the vehicle I initially chose. Art didn’t bat an eye and showed me the vehicle without giving me any grief. Art and his team made this otherwise tedious/burdensome process rather enjoyable. I’ll gladly recommend Earnhardt Ford for any future auto buyers!

We couldn’t be more grateful for our experience with AutoNation! Roxandra helped us find the perfect used vehicle and made the entire process so easy and honestly, so much fun. She truly made us feel like family from the beginning. We did have a small issue with the battery after purchasing, but Jeff made it incredibly easy to drop the vehicle off. It was ready super quickly, and he even took the extra time to top off the tires and fluids since it was already there. Isabella was also amazing with communication, keeping me updated through text and making everything so convenient. Being 9 months pregnant and making such a big purchase could have easily been stressful, but the entire AutoNation team made the process feel effortless. I’m genuinely so grateful to be part of the AutoNation family and couldn’t recommend Roxandra, Jeff, Isabella, and their team enough! ❤️

Best car purchasing experience! Shandeya Parkhurst was excellent! She answered all my questions I had on a specific car, made a video of it for me and her attention to details was amazing! Matt her manager was a pro as well and the whole experience was smooth and professional and friendly. Joshua in financing was helpful and very prompt as to not waste time. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Earnhardt Ford review
That was the easiest new car purchase I have EVER made. Art was the salesman. He was perfect because he owned the same model I was buying. No pressure. No hassles. Are you ready for this? No add-ons. That was a battle I was dreading. Nope, no worries. Price came in at what I was hoping it would. Wow, all the trials and tribulations I have been going through and I just needed to go to Earnhardt. Thanks Art and you too Chris, (finance guy).

Great customer service. Exceeded my expectations. Found exactly what I was looking for. I had purchased a new Explorer 5 years ago and had the same great experience. Consistent through time.

I brought in my car for consistent low tire pressure and Allie was able to identify it was a nail immediately. I was able to have a plug fix and I was on my way within 45 minutes. Allie provided excellent customer service!

I was very impressed with my salesman Thomas Knox. He was very professional and went beyond to get me the best deal for my new Nautilus which is so great I really love it. Everyone involved were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this dealership.

CarMax Austin SouthReviews
CarMax Austin South review
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
