The folks at Metro Ford were able to locate my AWD 2026 Maverick XLT pretty much exactly as I had specified - down to the Orange Fury metallic paint job. Michael helped me with the purchase process before the sale and answered my operating questions after the sale! It was another smooth purchase experience - part of my 30 years buying Ford cars from Metro Ford.

Gary Crossley Ford review
Huge thanks to Charlie Henderson and the team at Gary Crossley Ford for making my recent purchase of a Bronco Sport Badlands so seamless. No pressure, incredibly helpful staff, and top-notch customer service. Charlie was patient, kind, and his deep knowledge of the vehicle made all the difference—he even walked me through setting up my phone with the car. A truly wonderful experience from beginning to end, and I highly recommend asking for Charlie if you're shopping here!

I love these guys, I bought my first brand new truck from them and I just bought a new Lobo F-150 from them. They’ve always done right by me, I’ve had all my services done through them and always will. Sam Dorsey is amazing, when I first heard from him about the truck I was a little worried I wouldn’t be able to pull it off but he really helped me out not only with the discounts but also gave me more than I expected for my trade-in They’re the best in the business as far as I’m concerned!

I recently bought a 2022 Ford Explorer. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the entire experience. I never felt pressured at all throughout the process. Everyone was welcoming with a positive attitude and a smile. The honesty and character of everyone involved was above and beyond expectation. Thank You to everyone, and I would highly recommend your next purchase to be at Blue Springs Ford. New or Used, this is my second purchase here in the last 3 years. My next purchase will definitely be with them as well.

I have bought many cars through Darren Hoke ! I would recommend him above any car salesman anywhere he’s very knowledgeable very polite very hard-working. Gets the job. Done to your satisfaction no matter how many hours it takes him. Excellent car salesman.Answers calls no matter what ! Took my call during his EKG you can’t get more dedicated to your customers than that

We stopped in looking for a car for my son. I had an idea of what I wanted to pay. They easily made it happen. He loves the car.
