Purchased a new 2025 Bronco Sport Big Bend. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. When I got the car home I noticed there was a small dent above the left tail light. I sent a picture and they will contact me soon with resolution of the issue. How that is resolved could change my rating. This is the third car I have bought from them so I recommend them often. Over the years I have bought/leases a fair number of vehicles. You have those good and bad dealerships, but it's rare you get the good fortune of dealing with an exceptional dealership. I can honestly say I have only had three (3) exceptional dealerships that I had the pleasure of working with; Heller Ford is one of them. Look for further than Heller Ford for your vehicle needs. Although I did not buy a Ford, they sold me a Lucid Air that was on their used car lot. I really loath those dealers that run you around circles, throwing in extra fees, and just wasting my time. Again, the organization and staff were great to work with in a low pressure environment. I compare their pricing on a Ford Bronco Sport at other dealerships, and Mohr at the best pricing.
