Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Called Ryan Acheson on a Tuesday afternoon about my interest in an F-150, ran some cases and numbers, sent over the relevant numbers and highlighted key lines, no nonsense. I arrived Wednesday to find the numbers matched, were straightforward and up front - did not change when I arrived to the dealer. Used sales was great. Very professional and upfront. Good experience. Finance (additional sales) was a bit extreme, typical of every dealership whether I buy new or used. I realize its part of the dealership’s job, but kinda annoying. Also, pulled 7 credit checks! Disappointing. Instead of making me wait in the waiting area and searching 7 different banks/credit unions they could have come out and asked me. I would have got the loan from my credit union without the hits on my report. In total, typical process at any dealer. Just way too many credit pulls.
