The entire crew at the dealership are amazing. From the time I entered the building until the time I drove my car off the lot everyone was professional, friendly , and compassionate. I would like to give a 5 star review Andy for a painless process during the time of purchase. I felt welcome and heard during my experience.

AutoNation Ford St. Petersburg review
I had an outstanding experience at AutoNation Ford from start to finish! Mario was an incredible salesman—knowledgeable, patient, honest, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. The loan team was fantastic as well, working hard to find the best financing options for me and keeping me informed every step of the way. The finance department was equally amazing—friendly, personable, and professional. They explained everything clearly, made the paperwork easy to understand, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The level of customer service I received from everyone at AutoNation Ford exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend asking for Mario and working with this amazing team. Thank you all for making this such a positive and stress-free experience!

Shawna Hargett was outstanding to work with across all stages of the new car buying process. I am now the proud owner of a new 2025 Raptor, and this is hands down the best car that I've ever had in my life. Shawna is an amazing asset to the Ford Family, and I will be referring anyone I know in the market for a new car over to her. I could not have been happier with the end-to-end experience at Walker Ford thanks to Shawna!!!

Sarasota Ford review
I had an absolutely outstanding experience purchasing my car from Matthew at Sarasota Ford. From the moment I arrived, I felt heard and understood. Matthew Smith was refreshingly honest and straightforward; he told me exactly what I needed to know, always with my best interests in mind. In a world full of increasingly shady and malicious dealerships, it was so refreshing to experience Sarasota Ford’s no-nonsense, honest, and straightforward business approach. After selecting the car, the finance department was equally exceptional—attentive, warm, and guiding me step by step, ensuring transparency so I could make the best decision for my financial future. I can tell that the owner truly cares about his customer base, and Matthew was so caring that, when I pointed out a small smudge in the fabric, he took it back to the detailing section and personally ensured the stain was removed. The entire ecosystem of Sarasota Ford is a five-star dealership. No wonder, at the time I was there, I saw so many cars outside already sold. It’s clear this is a high-volume dealership, and yet, every customer still gets personalized care.if you’re looking for a team that truly cares, Matthew and everyone at Sarasota Ford are absolutely top-notch.

Walker Ford review
I recently purchased a brand new 2026 T250 MR from Walker Ford, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and very well organized. I especially want to highlight Dwayne, who assisted us throughout the process. He was extremely helpful, took the time to understand our needs, and guided us in the right direction with honest and accurate advice. His support made the decision-making process much easier and more comfortable for us. He didn’t just focus on making a sale—he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience and gained valuable knowledge along the way. Overall, the team was friendly, attentive, and highly professional. I would definitely recommend Walker Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle with confidence.

Veterans Ford review
We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. I was given ride to and from my home a few miles away. I have no hesitation in recommending Veterans Ford to any customer. Patrick O’Brien

The experience started off poorly, truck was not what the website claimed. Equipment on truck was not accurate and front hood paint damage. The manager found me a better solution near the price I was offered. Financed through the dealer and they got me a good rate. Long day after a very long drive from Tampa Fl, but the Matthews Curry team made it Right.

Found The used truck that I wanted. Filled out there Online Credit App. The following day I was contacted and they ask if I was Ready to move forward later that day I was approved. My score was so so but they still got me a good rate. I asked them if they would deliver the truck to me. no problem.Blake Willmore Internet sales came to my home. All paper work was in order so it only took 30 min. The truck was professionally detailed.even the engine Compartment.I had a small issue which was quickly Resolved.I never stepped foot on there Lot. I purchased a truck from the comfort of my home. No pressure no bait and switch no BS they earn your business.I live 5 miles from a ford Dealership they didn’t want to be bothered.I found Veterans ford in Tampa to be very accommodating very professional. I’m a Senior Disabled person and I was blown away How polite and how they go the extra mile. Steven Bartow Fla

Awesome group of people!!! Brought my truck in for service and wanted to look at a newer vehicle. Everyone was polite and took the time to answer all my questions and options. Great selection of new and used vehicles.

Service got me in for diagnosis of check engine light next day and called 4 hours later with plan for repair and safety info to allow me to use vehicle. Internet search by me showed new vehicles on lot that interested me. Ty moved both vehicles next to each other so comparison could be done. Ty and Kyle worked with us to complete a deal that I believe was fair to us and Mathews Currie. Chris in finance processed the purchase quickly and even got a better rate. Excellent experience!

I am very pleased with my new to me 26 Ford F350 Tremor. From the beginning, over the phone, Jeff Reeves gave me a comfortable feeling. Jeff made the deal happen and I now have a fantastic truck at a great price. It made it worthwhile driving down from SC.

Edwin Torres was very helpful in my purchase of a new vehicle. Was upfront and considerate throughout the process. People want direct and honesty in making major financial commitments.
