Bob Tomes FordReviews
Bob Tomes Ford review
We had such a great experience with Joseph Johnson at Bob Tomes Ford. Joseph recently took over our account after the person we had previously been working with was no longer there. When we came in, we were told our balance was over $900 because of work that had been done but had not actually been approved by us. Joseph took the time to talk with management, go back through everything with my husband, and make sure we were only charged for the work my husband had actually authorized. What stood out most was Joseph repeatedly saying, “That’s what’s fair,” and, “If it were me, that’s what I would want done.” That really says everything about the kind of person he is. He could have simply told us what the balance was and moved on, but instead he advocated for us and made sure we were treated fairly. We are incredibly appreciative of his honesty, integrity, and willingness to do the right thing. Bob Tomes Ford is very fortunate to have Joseph, and we are so thankful he is the one taking care of our account now. Highly recommend asking for him!

Five Star Ford Dallas review
In the interest of fairness, I wanted to follow up on the negative review I left on Dec 20, 2022. The dealership, specifically Shaun A reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication and inconvenience they put us through. And after some discussion, he agreed to lower the price of the the Edge that we were interested in by $500. It was an overall good deal and my wife and I accepted the offer and completed the sale that same day. No issues with the sales process and the paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently.

I brought my car in for new brakes and a diagnostic check. Jaime was amazing and honest from the start. He explained the issue clearly without any high-pressure upselling, gave me a fair price quote, and had the car ready on schedule. Highly recommend Frisco AutoNation Service shop for reliable service!

Porcaro Ford review
No shenanigans in purchasing my 2022 Maverick XL. I had heard all the horror stories about the long waits to get one of these, only to be clobbered w a big dealer mark up when it finally arrived. None of that at Porcaro. MSRP and the required taxes and paperwork fees and that was it. Very direct process, and trustworthy people to deal with. Porcaro is the place to make your vehicle purchases.
