Plenty of leg room. Lots of bins/cup holders. Reliable. The only problem I ever had was sloppy liftgate shocks as the vehicle got older. Nominal cost to replace. Held it's own in a T Bone collision with a large vehicle.
A great car buying experience! My husband and I came here to check out a Ford Explorer and we bought it without any pressure. The employees stayed after hours to complete the buying process and were very helpful. We drove away with the car of my dreams and we felt great about the process. My husband and I highly recommend this business.

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
Buying my 2017 Certified Pre Owned Ford Fusion Titanium was the easiest transaction ever! It was worth the short drive from Everett not to mention the Tax savings! I would highly recommend this dealer.

This is my second Explorer lease and I couldn’t be happier with it. Rides and handles great, plenty of room, good mileage for its size, and great for long distance trips!
First time car shopper at Frontier Ford. After failing to make a deal on a used vehicle at another dealership Frontier had one of the models we were looking at so we figured why not give them a shot before heading South to other dealerships off I-5. Our salesman Sean was helpful and pleasant to work with. He wanted to sell us a vehicle but wasn’t pushy. The road we test drove on was a quiet little road next to the refinery. The road is perfect for testing out the vehicle in pretty much any way you need to.
We drive a hard bargain so we thought for a bit that we weren’t going to be able to make a deal. We are experienced car buyers and the negotiations weren’t as bad as a lot of places we’ve been to but there never really fun especially when your tired and hungry. Sean gave us a protein bar and waters during the process. Ultimately the dealership wanted our business and won us over on a Hail Mary. We wanted to shop local at a local dealership but aren’t willing to make a lot of concessions to do so. I feel we got a great value on the out the door price. We were offered many extras but did not purchase any so I cannot speak to that.
The only thing that triggered us was essentially being forced to purchase a vehicle tracking device called Spireon Kahu. It is similar to LoJack and the dealer stated that they install it as a security device to protect their assets and it probably lowers their insurance cost. Long story short we did not want to purchase the tech but it was already installed on the vehicle. We negotiated the price of the tech and ultimately agreed to leave it installed as the dealer stated it would cost money to remove it. Now to the fun part. The 2015 Dodge Dart we purchased is for our teenage son. Using the app for the Tech on a smartphone we can monitor where he is at and be notified if he exceeds a set speed. We chose 65mph. We can also set up an electronic perimeter as well as monitor the vehicle battery from the Kahu app. We got an insurance discount for the active tracking system and trust me you need it when insuring teenagers. I probably sound like a Kahu salesman but hindsight we have no regrets leaving the tech installed. Just make sure you ask the sales staff whether it is installed or not and whether you will be force to purchase it or if it will increase the price of the vehicle if you want it removed. It worked out for us but it may not work out for you. Thanks Frontier for helping us find our son a safe and hopefully reliable vehicle!

We love our car so far. Great room for me, my wife and kids. Plenty of room to hold all of our sports stuff as well. Great handling and the gas mileage is real good for the size vehicle.
My salesman at the Frontier Ford dealership was very personable which made the car buying experience so much fun. I had my 11 year old son with me and even though we were there for quite some time trying to pick out my dream car, Zack kept us both enertained during the whole process. Very hospitable. I will return to Frontier Ford for any future vehicle needs.

Love the room this vehicle allows there is plenty of storage for my work product, and still has room for passengers. Exactly what I was looking for. The car is comfortable with a very nice ride.

The Explorer is great car with enough room for my family. The features in the car are awesome. Very comfortable ride. Would highly recommend the Ford Explorer.
Within a five hundred miles of where I live there were only 2 2015 Ruby Red Mustang Convertibles One at Frontier and one south of Seattle. Frontier's pricing from the start was spot on. It was just under 400 miles to Frontier and well worth the trip. Salesman JR was great as was the Sales mgr. David. Very pleasant buying experience. A few weeks later I realized that I had two left boot covers. Apparently a factory screw up. Both David the Sales Mgr and the Gen mgr Mike Z stepped up to the plate and ordered and shipped me the right part. Adam in the Service Dept was also helpful in fixing this. Wish this dealer was closer.

Very eye appealing. Good mileage. The XLT 202A package has almost the same equipment as a limited model. My vehicle has 50,ooo miles on it and it drives like new.
Went in looking for a used Escape. Jack was great, honest and very personable without being pushy. He was also very patient with me while allowing me to drive several different vehicles before deciding on the Escape. Also, this is my second vehicle I have purchased from this dealer. Very happy.

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!
We were recommended to them to sell our car, it was a hard call for them as not what they usually stock,BUT they took the time to figure it out and finally came up with a purchase solution we were 110% happy with.
There service and courtesy is second to nune, whilst there we had the time to look around the dealership, some great history hanging on the walls, the oldest Ford dealers in the US, and you can tell why.
Ask for Nancy she is very knowledgeable and super efficient without being pushy - she may introduce you to the owner Mike who is 100% hand on the business.
All in all just nice folks to do business with, we will definitely be buying our next car from them.

The Ford Explorer Platinum has a very beautiful exterior that has the look of a true SUV not a roller skate like some of the SUVS out there.
Just purchase my new truck with the excellent help of Tom Lallas of Rairdons of Bellingham. If you need a new vehicle he is the person to see!

I'm just going to list the issues. E-Brake cut wiring harness, garbage tires only lasted 17k miles, massaging seats malfunction, rear lift door works when it wants, the wind shield dressing left and right side cracked and they replaced it. Today the driver side window dressing flew off on the highway at 65 mph. Back fires when I punch it, transmission slips while going up hill. They did some recall repair while getting my oil changed and now my airbag light goes on and off. This was supposed to be a great SUV and it's completely garbage. This is the 2017 Limited 3.5 Twin Turbo model LEMON.
We cant say enough of our experience at the Bellingham Toyota dealership. Crystal Mervyn was our first contact. Very professional! With her quick response and online quotes she brought us to the dealership. Crystal Glynn closed the deal on not one but two vehicles. Very smooth process. Wendy Hugo made the finance portion look so easy. All three show a high level of knowledge and are very professional in what they do and should be commended for their great attitude and hard work.
We'll never buy a Ford again.

$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.
So far they have been the most helpful in my search for a manual shift light vehicle like the spark or a ear new Yaris to tow behind my motorhome. Will likely purchase in December. Looking for a spark LT manual transmission with gray exterior.

I love the heated seats and park assist
I am beyond disgusted with all the problems I have had. The first wk I got I noticed the door alignment was not right, then there is a weird sound that comes on when the ac is on but it doesn't always make the sound. The battery had to be replaced after 2 yrs and the horn also went out after 2 yrs. Now tonight a fan will not shut off so I had to disconnect the battery cable. I am the only owner got it brand new but I feel I got a lemon.
We recently bought an Acura MDX and traded in another car. Brandon worked with us. We shopped around many places and they gave us the best trade in value. The car was very clean. Thank you for the amazing service!

I love this car. The leather interior is slick and gives it that wow factor. Not to mention that this has been the most reliable car I have owned. It rides nice and I have yet to have a problem with it.
