I needed a service on my 2013 Mazda3 and the service department completed quickly without compromising their professionalism. The salesman was great and worked with us. The problem came up when we were told that a specific problem was fixed and it had not been. They promised someone would call me to talk about it but they did not. They could have been more forthcoming.
I bought a Volvo XC60 from Junge. Kelly Thompson was our salesman. He was knowledgeable about the product and patient with my husband and I as we drove a few cars before we landed on the one we bought. As a woman I appreciated that when Kelly learned that I was going to be the main driver of the car he addressed me as a knowledgeable buyer.
Working with Junge in Cedar Rapids was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Bret, Tammy and Andrew were all so helpful and patient throughout the whole process and treated me kindly and with respect. I looked at many cars at several dealerships but came back to Junge because of the wonderful team and the great service. Bret took the time to show me several vehicles with the features I needed (good gas mileage, good safety rating, reliability) within my price range and answered all of my questions. Tammy walked me through the buying process and made sure I was comfortable with my monthly payment and financing options before I signed anything. After I purchased the car and had a small issue with the side mirror, Andrew assured me it would be taken care of promptly and at no charge. I absolutely love my new Fusion and am confident that if I need anything I can count on Junge to take care of me. I would absolutely recommend Junge to anyone needing to purchase a new or used vehicle.
Moe spent over an hour going over everything in my car and showed me how things work. He was so polite and very knowledgeable. Kristin in finance had everything ready and was in and out in very little time. Both were very friendly and made me feel like the queen for the day. Thanks for an easy day buying a car !
I was greeted right away. The sales and finance people where very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions. Nick asked what I wanted and the 1st truck he brought to show me was the one I bought. I would definitely go back to Mcgrath’s to buy a vehicle in the future. If you ever go to McGrath Chevyland asked for Nick Gordon he will help you and treat you good.

I put these guys through hell along and never did they get disrespectful with me over the 6 days leading up to me buying my Challenger Scat and Shacker 392. They gave my a great deal, and beat my banks APR when it came to sing for the loan. I will be a long term customer now.
I went to 3 cities and 5 dealerships looking for a specific type of vehicle. Rossco was one of those dealerships. At each of the other places I visited I felt somewhat intimidated by the sales staff but not here at Rossco at all.
Ricky was very friendly, professional and helpful. When diagnosing a possible issue with the car, he suggested exactly what I was thinking and we worked it out immediately.
The price was half KBB suggested price, CarFax was exceptional and the car drove out better than any of the others I tried. How many dealers this size offer CarFax "free" report - none I've found!

This was the most positive car buying experience I've had. Found the vehicle and emailed Don to get some info. Was able to take it home overnight so my husband could see it. Went in and was able to accept their first offer on trade and car price. Straight forward, fair and NO Haggling. Didn't feel any pressure to buy, all my questions were answered and everyone was so nice. Would highly recommend buying here!
A little bit out of the way but worth it! A great markdown got me in the door, but there was no pressure to upgrade, even though my options were laid out for me. They made time for me and didn't make it seem like they wanted to be on to their next customer.
Great experience buying a new Silverado. Everyone I talked to offered to help and seemed genuinely concerned that all my questions were answered. Rick in particular as well as Heather went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle was presented to me clean, that I had no questions regarding the truck or the paperwork involved and that I had the best financing with the lowest interest rate available.
Kris and Joel in Blairstown have outstanding customer service and are AMAZING! We totaled a vehicle and within a couple of days they had us back on the road. They answered every question we had, treated us very fair, and continue to help us every way they can. I can go on and on about how happy we are with them and how smooth of a truck buying experience we had. If your looking to buy new or used i would choose this local small town dealer!
