They go over and beyond to help you and get you what you want. We traveled 5 hours to buy a truck here and have had it serviced by them also. We will be back for our next vehicle. Just love the people and the place.

Love this vehicle. Could use more bells and whistles, but a really good car. It’s roomy, comfy, and my kids love it. I’m a lefty and have to get use to the steering wheel controls.
I just recently purchased a new ECOSPORT and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!! The best vehicle ever. I love the way it handles, I love that it sits a little higher off the ground, I love the way it looks, I love all its features. I could not be happier with the vehicle or the wonderful people in my Riley Ford Family that sold it to me!!!! Thank you all for caring soo much about my happimess!!!!!!!

Survived a roll over accident in the last explorer with only seatbelt bruises. Replaced it with a newer model. It is so comfortable, reliable, and fun to drive. We will be driving explorers for a long time.
The sales staff at Riley Ford is exceptional. Scott Osike helped me through the whole process with lots of patience. He really listened to what I was saying and was able to help me find just the right vehicle at a price I could afford. I didn't feel pressured to buy something that I couldn't afford. I really felt the "family" atmosphere of the business. I will definitely shop there again when it is time to replace my new Escape.

bought this one to replace my old 2003 explorer 4 cyl turbo should be able to tow my bass boat ok drives smooth has good pickup
I wish that I could give a 10 star rating as that is the way I feel after purchasing my new Ford Explorer from Riley Ford. Casey was "Over the top" in customer service.... Honest, patient and very professional. I received quick responses to all of my questions. They truly made me feel like I was an important part of their business. More than I can say for a lot of other dealerships. Kudos to all of the staff at Riley Ford.....I will now be a customer for life! PS.......I LOVE MY EXPLORER!!!

Great SUV for a family of 5. Plenty of room and great features! We love having the option of a third row but there is plenty of room in the 2nd row for all three kids!
I love my car! Great deals and great service! We have gone to a few different places and been told that there's now way to get out of my previous car, but Riley Ford made it happen! They listen to you and try to get you what you want in your range!

It is my fourth explorer and I like it very much. The third row seat is rather difficult to get in and at least could have a strap or two to grab onto. The rear seat heat and air controls should be above for better visual not below on bottom of console.
I came in worried with two car loads and they were able to help me get into one load in a new car. I am very happy!

I love my 2011 Ford Explorer Limited and the 2017 Ford Explorer Limited I'm currently purchasing. I just wish it got better gas mileage and that it had Qi Wireless Charging capabilities as many other vehicles do.
