The purchase process was very pleasant. The salesman was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend the dealer and salesperson to my friends and family
2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Serra Ford Farmington HillsReviews
Serra Ford Farmington Hills review
????? I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Serra Ford, and I can't say enough great things about my sales guy Will and the entire team there. I came in on a Saturday morning knowing exactly what I wanted in an F-150, and Will made it his mission to check every single box. He listened, he delivered, and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. Finding the right truck with all my specific requirements could have easily turned into a stressful, multi-week ordeal ? but Will made it feel effortless. What really blew me away was how smoothly everything came together. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off the lot, the entire process ? test drive, negotiation, financing, and delivery ? was handled all in one Saturday morning. That kind of efficiency is rare in any industry, let alone car buying. The finance team was just as impressive ? quick, transparent, and no surprises. Everything was clearly explained and handled with professionalism. If you're in the market for a Ford and want a buying experience that's actually enjoyable, ask for Will at Serra Ford. He and his team have set the gold standard for what car buying should feel like. I drove away in my dream F-150 with a huge smile on my face, and I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! ??

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

Tim Shea is hands down the BEST at what he does at Pat Milliken Ford. I filed bankruptcy for the first time not knowing what to expect, but Tim gave me some great advice. Because of his VIP Bankruptcy program I went from a 2015 car to a 2022 SUV. I watched him work diligently with finance companies to ensure I had the best options possible. Great guy. Great service. Great results. Thank you Tim for everything. I won't let you down!

Jim Grzywacz was really fantastic! He went to bat for me, when I really needed to get to my budget. Would definitely visit Serra Ford again.
2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

I enjoyed very much working with Will Kent an amazing salesman who was patient and took time to show and explain what was available, along with Charles, Ford's Financial Man - and may I also mention Jake and Andrew. The service was exceptional and accommodating. I just love this Ford Dealership!
2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

I appreciate it all that he did. he was very helpful into the selection of the car that I fell in love with my miss Lucille, and as I said, he was really very professional and he knew he seemed to know which car would fit me better so thank you. Purchased a used vehicle here with Max as my salesperson. We purchased it sight unseen online. Max provided extra pics and videos and answered our questions immediately. He took care of sending paperwork overnight and ensuring process was completed in a timely manner. He also assisted with shipping process of vehicle 300 miles to us. All went smoothly and vehicle was received as described. Greatly appreciated. Greg

If buy a car from georges, I urge you to ask for Todd. He is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Very honest and on the ball. We just picked up a nice 2015 gmc acadia. We like it alot. Thanks
2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!
