Brought in my car for a tire repair. Had purchased the top line of Michelins with road hazard. I was charged $24+ for repair. Thought that was covered to put a plug in. Otherwise service was great. May want to relook at this as all of your competition has this covered under a new tire purchase.

The car met all our needs but one, towing. Decent and as advertised but not great with rolling hills or the mountains of Tennessee. Advertised limit is really the limit.
THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT - AS ALWAYS.
CAME IN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENENCE AND THEY DISCOVERED A SPEAKER ISSUE
I DID NOT EVEN NOTICE.
OUR SERVICE ADVISOR ORDERED THE PART ON THE SPOT INSURING A QUICK RESOLUTION.

Great vehicle for a rode trip! Very comfortable! Easy on gas ! Great vehicle to haul the grandkids to ball practice! Easy riding & all out vehicle to be rode in city or country!
The older Explorers had an option of 8 cylinders and tow packages. Ford needs to reevaluate the marketing needs of a midsize SUV with 8 cylinder engines and towing packages. I've owned explorers since 2006. This vehicle is perfect.
