Heritage Ford - VTReviews
Heritage Ford - VT review
We recently bought a used Expedition! Our experience (which children in tow) was phenomenal. The team worked with us several days in advance of us making the trek to Burlington! We didn’t know, until all paperwork was signed, that we would have to return to make a second key. This is an 1hr20min drive so a pretty big inconvenience, especially since the door keypad is un-programmable without 2 keys!
2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

Ali Kamal was my sales rep, and he was outstanding. His patience and ability to explain all of the features clearly on my new vehicle were exceptional. It was one of the best car buying experiences I've had, and I've had a lot.

McGee Ford of MontpelierReviews
McGee Ford of Montpelier review
The level of service I received from Alyssa at McGee was outstanding. My son and I were on our way from Massachusetts to Montreal and became stranded in Montpelier VT on our way to a conference . Luckily McGee Ford was only a mile from where my car engine light went on. I was already having a bad day hearing stage4 cancer earlier that day and was completely breaking down mentally at the dealership and Alyssa gave me a hug and said she would take care of us . Brian jumped in as well to get my car on diagnostics and hurry the process to order parts and get my Escape fixed. I worked at a Honda dealership for years and I thought we went above and beyond but to be honest the service at McGee really showed me what true service means because Alyssa and Brian treated me like a family member. I must mention that a gentleman who was basically leaving for the day stayed to give us a ride to the bus depot so we could still make the conference and did so in less than 8 minutes or we would have missed our only chance to get there. They fixed my car in less than a week and saved me alot of money so I didnt have to keep renting a car. I cant say enough about the service I received here and am so grateful to McGee for all they did for us. Karen Black

Paya's Auto review
Ok, I have been putting off buying a car bc of the fear of the process of buying a car. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left with new car keys in my hand, the entire process was wonderful. Sam and Tiffany were INCREDIBLE. Female POWER! They were so knowledgable and patient and talked and walked me through the process. I would highly recommend Paya's. Seriously. I love my car. I have no regrets whatsoever. Run, don't wait. Have no fear.

Although pricey, this truck is awesome to drive . Very sharp looking and runs fast! I highly recommend ! We went from a Flex to this car and it was a seamless transition.

Key Chevrolet GMC Cadillac of Burlington review
I love this place & I'm very happy with my vehicle, BUT... my only complaint is the service center chargers outrageous prices! Seriously, OUTRAGEOUS!! I made the mistake of purchasing my brake pads and rotors here, instead of going to a my local mechanic shop and I practically paid double! What would have cost me about $600 INCLUDING parts & labor at Busheys Auto, cost me $952 here!!! YES, $952 & that's including the FREE inspection and I didn't even need tires like I thought I was going to and I STILL walked out paying almost $1,000!! As a single mother of two, that literally killed me financially. However, I didn't feel as if I really had a choice because my rear brakes were already down to the metal; my fault, I know, but I didn't want to leave and wait to get in somewhere else. LESSON LEARNED!! I won't use the service center for out-of-pocket expenses. It's been two days and I'm still just sick over that amount I had to pay! Anyway, aside from the cost the people are very friendly and I would recommend getting a vehicle here, I just don't recommend purchasing anything through the service center unless, of course it's covered under warranty or a free service. 😉
2018 Ford Explorer review
Bought this car used in 2022 w/ 38K miles. It now has 111K miles. No issues at all. I change the oil every 4K, changed the plugs at 100K, trans fluid at 60K and air filter every 25K. Good car...so far

The wife found the Mitsubishi Outback she wanted, we headed to Della's. I walked in with my game face one and ready. We got to the trade and write up... they xxxxxx me off.. they too the game out of the equation. They gave a very fair trade value and the numbers great. I couldn't say anything.. I was dumbfounded..lol this was the best car buying experience ever had. Shoot i sold cars and I was pleasantly surprised.. shot out to the GM and my salesman..

I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I took a chance and I AM totally satisfied with the service Mike kept Istrate open and honest and I walked out with a 2021 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have troubled credit but they still worked with me. Thank you, Mike.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Charlie, Marc and Theresa made our truck purchase a very positive experience. They were honest, efficient and very thorough through the whole process. Because of their dedication they stayed late to finish the transaction saving us a very long return trip and lost time at work! Charlie stayed with us through the whole process even walking us out to the truck and taking a celebratory picture for us. My wife and I sincerely thank the Heritage team for making a difference.

2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Grate experience! Very easy to deal with. Got a grate deal on a good car!! Looking forward to deal with them in the future!
2020 Ford Explorer review
I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

I would highly recommend this dealership, specifically the sales person who helped me, Charlie. He was communicative, attentive and patient (not pushy) with me throughout the shopping and decision making process. He shared with me how he has been with this dealer for over 20 years and shared some of the reasons why he remains loyal to this dealer. And I can see that quality and a good customer experience matters.

I did love the vibe at Williston Economy. I think the fact that they are family owned did help to that factor. Good service and fair prices!!
2021 Ford Explorer review
I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

DELLA Mitsubishi review
I bought my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in June od 2026. The car had higher mileage than I wanted but the price was good and the car was in great shape. In October of the same year I found i needed new brakes, ouch. My sales man Mike Carter said he'd go to bat for me. I made no appointment just brought it up too I might add. Mike told me that there was no bill, said his boss didn't hesitate at all about the cost. I was so relieved. Thank you Mike and thank you to the great team that helped me get my car in and new brakes put on with no bill and no appointment in a few hours. You will always have my business. Diana Aintrazi

802 Auto Sales review
I suddenly needed a car fast as my old car needed too much work to pass inspection. I had been to other used car dealers in the area all week and wasn't comfortable at all with their "take it or leave it " attitude. I felt like a valued customer at 802 Auto Sales from the first phone call...Dan got me in the car I wanted fast and made it so easy...great clean car , great price and the best customer service experience. Thank you!
2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

2017 Ford Explorer review
Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

G. Stone Motors Inc. review
I bought a 2022 Ford Maverick and G Stone Motors made the process so easy, from putting down the deposit to not up charging me on the car which a lot of dealerships are doing. They didn't and the experience at the dealership was amazing, it was like a family, they took my photo with the new car, the finance woman got us a lower rate by using the Ford Credit offer and telling the bank and then the bank beat the offer! It was awesome and seamless I would say! I worked with Fred!

I HAVE DEALT WITH RILEY FOR OVER 20 YEARS. THE NEW, MODERN,LARGER LOCATION IS EXCELLENT BUT NOT AS CONVENIENTLY CLOSE FOR ME AS THEIR ORIGINAL CHAZY, NY SITE. SALES PEOPLE HAVE DEALT VERY FAIRLY WITH US. SERVICE STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND GENERALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY READILY HONOR WARRANTY AND RECALL WORK. FOR OTHER COMPONENT REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR WORK, AS A DEALER, THE PRICING IS NOT COMPETITIVE. NOT REALLY UNDER THEIR CONTROL I SUPPOSE.

This is the way to buy a car. Josh was prompt and regular with e-mail communication. Process was completely transparent with before and after photos freely shown. When we came for test drive, the key was given freely without any sales pressure. We knew we wanted to buy, and the whole process of closing the deal took 45 minutes. Impressive showroom for a used car dealer, to boot.

Egglefield Bros of ElizabethtownReviews
Egglefield Bros of Elizabethtown review
The wait for our F350 is over! We needed a bigger truck to pull our 38? 5th wheel RV. Who could have ever imagined what craziness and uncertainty was happening to the auto industry in 2021 and 2022! We did the full ?pandemic panic search? covering every local dealer then expanded our search to every other manufacturer on the east coast. You could cut the bull crap with a knife, every dealership you spoke to had a different version of why they had ?special fees? over the window sticker price, ranging from 5,000.00 to 15,000.00. We heard the most ridiculous reasons from special finishes and undercoatings to fees and taxes We wasted a lot of time and put ourselves through a great deal of stress and frustration. Bottom line even though it took 7 months for our truck order to arrive, which we customized for our needs and wants. This is no fault of the auto dealers. Most importantly we received honest and accurate updates along the way from the team at Egglefields in Elizabethtown NY. We worked directly with Pat Farrell who helped us customize our order. Pat kept us updated along the way and provided us with excellent customer service. Cory Eggelfield the owner made sure he honored the original quote we were given even though prices had increased during our wait. To me this speaks volumes about integrity. The team at Egglefield has been outstanding. Our F 350 XLT is beautiful. The gas 10 Speed is unbelievable in the power and it?s handling. I don?t even know I am hauling a big 5th wheel. We have the bed camera which helps immensely with attaching the unit to the hitch. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to help you get your next ford vehicle. You won?t be disappointed and please tell Cory and Pat that Char sent you.
2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Five stars to Irwin Ford, especially Grace in Sales, for handling a very challenging transaction for my new F-150!!
2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.
