Chris Auffenberg Ford in Washington, MO gave me the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I bought a used Acura from them in Dec 2013. They were much more willing to deal than the few St. Louis dealerships I shopped at. The money I saved was well worth the drive to Washington. The car I bought ended up having some problems and the dealership went above what could be expected to make it right. I highly recommend this dealership.

Just purchased a 2018 Raptor from Marshall Ford and am very happy with the entire purchase process. Raptors are in high demand and in SoCal dealers are asking as much as $20K over MSRP. Almost decided not to get the Raptor due to outrageous dealer ADMs. However, Jim Parisi to the rescue! He advertised the Raptor at $1K below MSRP, ordered exactly what I wanted and I am now the owner of a new 2018 Raptor. Everyone at Marshall Ford was great to deal with and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone! I traveled 2100 miles to get my new truck and had an awesome cross-country road trip in my new Raptor. Well worth it and my thanks again to Jim and everyone at Marshall Ford! Buying a new truck is a daunting experience for everyone. The last time I tried to buy a truck in South County Mo., I actually caught the finance manager trying to con me out of nearly $2K. It cost them the sale. It seems we grow up believing that every car dealer is dishonest and out to get all they can with no true regard for their customer. Sometimes it's true. But not at Marshall. My experience at Marshall was far different. No pressure whatsoever, straight forward and all round decent people.
From the very start the people at Marshall struck me as honest and having integrity. I had the good fortune of having Jim Parissi as my salesman. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. Chris in financing was extremely helpful getting me a terrific finance rate and helped my new company establish credit. In the end I got by far, the best deal in 6 months of searching. I would highly recommend you give them a try with your next purchase.

Murray Newton is a knowledgeable, patient, kind person. Not just a salesaman - a truly good person. Absolutely no pressure tactics. He spent an entire 4 plus hours allowing me to learn and test drive 3 vehicles in lousy cold, snowy weather. I never felt as though he was losing any enthusiasm for what he does or impatience with me. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. If I am in the market again, he would be my first call.
Our experience at the Dean Team Subaru was great! The staff was very helpful and nice. In particular we had Andrew Scheetz as our salesperson and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the Subaru we purchased. He was very helpful during the test drive to point out all the features. All in all a wonderful experience. We drove here from central Illinois and would not hesitate to use this dealership and again. Can not recommend them enough.
Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here. Great experience at Carmax at Mid Rivers in St. Louis. We were looking for a low mileage 2014 Toyota RAV4 and we found the SUV we wanted on the lot. In total it was the fastest we have been in and out of a dealership after buying the SUV.
Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. I have often said, "service is the other thing that can beat Wal-Mart." Thanks to the entire team for your excellent customer service. Harlan
I was looking at buying a 2014 Toyota Corolla and Willie was the 1st person I talked to at the dealership. There was absolutely no pressure from the start of the conversation to even buy the vehicle. Before we even talked about anything sales wise he recommended that I take a look at the car and test drive it before anything to make sure it was everything I wanted. Even during the test drive, we didn't talk about buying the car, it was just a normal conversion. After test driving the vehicle I needed to think about it and even then Willie never tried to keep me at the dealership to try and buy the car. He followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was going and even put the car on hold for me so no one else would take it/buy it.
I ended up not buying the vehicle this time, after thinking about it for a few days. The customer service I received and the atmosphere that, i'd have to say Willie created, was Fantastic and would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a car.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received, and will be going back to him towards the end of the year to then purchase a vehicle.
I have had nothing but a great experience each time I visit Mungenast Lexus. Everyone is wonderful and willing to help. I recently was able to work with Nate Hopson-in sales-what a great experience. He went out of his way to help us with the purchase of a car. He was so kind-in fact we went to a different dealerships and did not experience the time and patience of other sales personnel. I would definitely deal with Nate again. I just want to thank him for his time and great follow up with us. He is knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. I had a good experience while purchasing my 2013 GMC Yukon XL. We got a great deal and a good loan package. If you're in the market for a used car, give Mike Kaufman a call. He was a pleasure to work with and obviously enjoys his job. Just one suggestion - the customer lobby could use a popcorn machine. :-) This seems to be a popular addition to a lot of other dealerships.
We purchased a new 2019 Lexus RX 350 from Mungenast. This is our first Lexus to own and we are loving it. Thank you very much to Nate who was so wonderful to work with.
