Bought a Lexus from Marshall last Friday. After negotiating I got very fair deal. There were some scratches on the vehicle that I wasn't happy with but Marshall had his detailing crew take care of them for me. All in all I had a great experience with Marshall and his team.

We recently started to do a deal for my daughter, for her first brand new car! Absolute smooth sailing thanks to Pat Sylver. The attentiveness and knowledge of the vehicles on the lot, have made the experience all that much better. Buying a car can be a time consuming process, but Pat made it feel as if we were visiting with a friend. Great personality!!!

AutoNation Ford Bradenton review
Our buying process was extremely simple. We had a very refined definition of what vehicle we wanted, and our sales guy was able to hit the mark. He also followed us beyond the buying process in order to get a couple repairs made. In addition, we have now used Ford for service (oil change, recall repair, and to fix a wobble in the tires). We absolutely love thier complimentary valet service, what a HUGE help that is when trying to work around multiple work schedules.

The staff is as world Class as the vehicles themselves! Chris the GM, Jared in finance , Tony and Daniel in sales, and Denise and Nelson in service make this place truly a gem! Their level of knowledge, expertise, friendliness, and professionalism are second to none.
2024 Ford F-150 review
Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I had an outstanding experience at Cox Chevrolet, thanks to the incredible customer service from Captain Jim. Every time I had a question, he was friendly, patient, and more than willing to help. His responses were fast and always on point, and he made sure I had everything I needed before I even had to ask. Captain Jim truly went above and beyond, prepared, attentive, and ready for anything. It’s rare to find someone who combines genuine friendliness with such prompt, professional service. Cox Chevrolet is lucky to have him, and I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to others because of the exceptional care he provided. Highly satisfied and grateful for the great experience!

2024 Ford F-150 review
I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. So thank you for our local Ford dealership and a wonderful salesman Chris who went beyond expectations

Sarasota Ford review
I had an absolutely outstanding experience purchasing my car from Matthew at Sarasota Ford. From the moment I arrived, I felt heard and understood. Matthew Smith was refreshingly honest and straightforward; he told me exactly what I needed to know, always with my best interests in mind. In a world full of increasingly shady and malicious dealerships, it was so refreshing to experience Sarasota Ford’s no-nonsense, honest, and straightforward business approach. After selecting the car, the finance department was equally exceptional—attentive, warm, and guiding me step by step, ensuring transparency so I could make the best decision for my financial future. I can tell that the owner truly cares about his customer base, and Matthew was so caring that, when I pointed out a small smudge in the fabric, he took it back to the detailing section and personally ensured the stain was removed. The entire ecosystem of Sarasota Ford is a five-star dealership. No wonder, at the time I was there, I saw so many cars outside already sold. It’s clear this is a high-volume dealership, and yet, every customer still gets personalized care.if you’re looking for a team that truly cares, Matthew and everyone at Sarasota Ford are absolutely top-notch.

My husband came into the dealership to buy a used car. Our salesman Berry Joubert made our experience a great one. He was very honest, very informative, showed great integrity. We highly recommending Berry if you're looking for a car. Thank you, Berry! I love my beautiful car!! Walter and Kathy
2024 Ford F-150 review
Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

DESOTO Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
DESOTO Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I bought a 2026 RAM 3500 from desoto on October 3rd and it was the best experience I have ever had. Very laid back, no pressure. I went down to take a look at the truck and it was exactly what I wanted, still no pressure to sell. I called back a few times to make sure the truck hadn't been sold and they assured me it had not. When I went down to purchase the vehicle. they had it detailed, gas tank full, and all of that but the reason I will never buy another car from anyone else is the fact that they were up front, extremely friendly. Called me a few times to give me an update. from the sales manager to the receptionist, totally friendly and respectful. I always dress down like short and t shirt when i go to shop and have walked into dealerships, they took one look and said, used cars are over that way. No such thing at Desoto. Gustavo, and Chad took extremely good, nonpressured, care of myself and family while we were there. Not to mention, they had the best price on my vehicle but a bunch, like 8000 a bunch. Dont let anyone tell you differently. if you want a no pressure top of the line car shopping experience, before you settle with the big names around you, please do yourself a favor and look at Desoto. I promise you will never be disappointed.

Giving Zack, my service rep, five stars for the very professional way he kept me informed at each stage and went the extra mile with the warranty company to get approval so the repair could be made in a timely fashion for me. I appreciate his professional and friendly manner. Many others in the service area and show room area could take a lesson from Zack. Smile and let people know you are there to serve. Bring back that very freindly enviroment that Fucillo KIA use to have.

2024 Ford F-150 review
I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.
