2025 Ford F-150 review
I purchased a new 2025 XLT powerboost about a month ago. Got around 1500 miles on it. The overall performance of the truck is awesome. Its a good looking truck. I have added tint windows, hard bed cover and I am getting the upgraded leather package for it as well. The gas mileage is great and with hybrid it gets even better. The handling is good. The stop & go is also great. I went from a 2020 Nissan Titan to this F150 and must say I am impressed overall with the truck. I happy about the warranty that ford provided and look to maybe get the extended warranty when the time comes.

We would like to thank the entire staff at Jacky Jones Ford of Hayesville. The entire experience was great, and professional. We flew from Ohio to pick up our new/used truck. Mike our driver that picked us up at the airport was great and courteous. Once at the dealership we meet our sales rep Jesse who showed us our new/used vehicle. Very professional to say the least. The vehicle was very clean inside and out. Took it for a test drive, came back and finished up the paperwork. Then we met the sales manager to ask if there were anything they could do better. But, honestly I would say not much...it was a truly great experience and well worth the distance of travel. We did have an issue with the radio and notified Jesse what was going on the next day after we got home. He replied within a very short time that they were making it right. What a great group of people. I would rather drive 6.5 hours to purchase a vehicle from Jacky Jones Ford than to deal with someone local. I have never experienced such professionalism with any other dealership. You guys have truly raised the bar. We will see you again when we are ready to buy another vehicle. Love this truck. Rides and drives great. Looks fantastic and I myself would not drive any other brand. Tried Chevy a few years ago and hated it so much I only kept it 1 year before going back to Ford and I will not change.

2025 Ford F-150 review
Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

I am happy to say that they contacted me and have resolved all of the issues to my satisfaction. They worked with my local Ford dealer (3 hours away) to inspect and correct the "Restraints Indicator Lamp Warning" on the dashboard. They compensated me sufficiently for replacement tires. They realized that my experience was not perfect and bent over backwards to do what it took to make me a happy customer. I am very pleased with the follow-up and service after the sale that was provided by the sales manager.
