2021 Ford F-250 review
The 2021 F-250 STX extended cab is a perfect addition to Bracken Ridge Veterinary Medical Dr's, Inc in Bedford, PA. The 8' bed, which seems increasingly difficult to find, is essential for our mobile Veterinary hospital unit which enables us to carry all of our medical and surgical supplies with us on house/farm calls. The 6.2L gas engine, although not as thrilling as the 6.7L diesel in our 2020 F-350, is responsive and provides plenty of power to haul anything we need to do our job. The interior space is comfortable and large enough to bring extra technicians, equipment or supplies. Practicing Veterinary medicine and surgery for over 25 years in all weather conditions and all hours of the day and night, traveling over a million miles, safety is always a concern. This is the 5th Ford truck the practice has owned and they truly are the best work truck on the planet!

John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Today I purchased a beautiful 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited (Burgundy exterior and Almond interior). I called the dealership last week and spoke to the salesman named Will. When I got there they brought out a 2012 Nissan Armada. I told them no, I needed a truck. But I was told that if I took the Armada that in 8 months that I could return and they would get me the truck I needed. So I'm driving it for 8 months, so I can get what I really want and need a truck.
