High Five to my Saleslady.... Tamera went way above and beyond to get me in the vehicle that I was looking at... Actually booted a Sales Manager out of the car for the night, to make sure it was at the dealership that evening for us to take a look at. Then, met me at 8:00 AM on her day off to get the deal across the finish line.
Jason Bruce, Jennifer Murray, and the whole team at Modern Motorcars were very accommodating to my BMW purchase. 'They took the time to answer all of my questions, and at no time, did they pressure me to "close" the sale. Additionally, the "after sale" service --> is fabulous! Mitch was our salesman and Andy was our finance guy. They both were great. Initially the price of the vehicle and the payments were too high so I shopped around elsewhere and they begged me to let them try to beat the other guys deal. Have bought a car from them in the past. Always helpful. Always friendly. Although I didn't find what I wanted this time around, this car lot has tons of cars. Tons of different price and styles. Plenty to choose from. I definitely recommend buying from this lot.
On 4/20/2017 I purchased a new Ford Escape. My Salesman, Tyler and my Finance guy, Eric, Along with the service dept. went above and beyond to be helpful without being pushy or pressuring me. I love my car and will always return to Don Vance in the future.
I found a vehicle on the internet that I was interested in. When I called the dealership, I spoke with Dustin. He was very helpful in answering my questions. We agreed on the specifics before I ever saw the vehicle with an understanding that his description needed to be accurate. I drove 3 hours to the dealership to see the truck and finalize the purchase. Dustin had described the vehicle very accurately and I was pleased after inspecting the truck. They have a great selection of used trucks and I recommend visiting the dealership to pick one out. Had I not picked mine out before visiting, I would have had a hard time selecting one because there were 3 or 4 that I would have considered.
My husband and I will never shop at another car dealership in the area now that we have experienced the excellent customer service at Ozark Chevrolet. They are fair, friendly and actually care about their customers. We have traded many vehicles over the years and other salesman haven’t come close to the customer service “Hank” gave us!!
This is the second time we have bought a car at Corwin Dodge. Bill Strong has been the salmon for both. He has always treated us as friends instead of just customers. He lets the car sell itself and does not use high pressure tactics. All in all it was a very good experience. I would recommend Bill to any of my friends!
