We have been buying from John for years. He has made our experience with Grogan a pleasure and will not purchase anywhere else. The accounting department was ready for us when we came in and made things quick. We have never experienced any issues and don???t intend to based on the level of service Grogans employees provide. The service was excellant ,took Explorer in for oil change. Was in and out quick , friendly staff , great experience. The leasing process was quick and easy through Chris Merriman. Overall great experience at Crest Ford.
My salesman, Jeff Barnes, went the extra mile to accommodate my schedule. My wife was in Cleveland Clinic. I was staying in Cleveland 3-4 days and returning home for a day or two. On one occasion, Jeff was willing to give up a day off for the lease purpose. I had to cancel, he worked around my schedule to complete the lease process.
Dave went above and beyond to get the truck I purchased ready by staying late and making my pick-up go smoothly even on his day off. He had everything in order for a smooth and effortless pick-up of my new truck!!

Went looking for a truck. Brent was able to answer all the questions I had for what I was looking for in a truck. He had the patients to lets me see all the trucks I wanted to look at. Let me test drive the ones I liked. Was able to lead me thru the financing with the great help of Cindy. They found the best rates and payments that fit me. What a wonderful experience. Thank you both for all your hard work and working with me.
I took my Ford Escape to the service department for an oil change. The only problem was the chaos in the parking lot. There is a lot of remodeling and confusion. I had to wait in my vehicle for thirty minutes or so.
I have received three e-mails, a phone call and a letter thanking me for using your service. Why are you sending so many e-mails and other correspondence to thank me for using the Ford service? It is annoying.
I found a suv that I was interested in buying online. I made an appointment to view it and ended up buying it. I had a great experience here from the time I walked in. Everyone was attentive and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The service department also was great when they replaced the tires. They gave a ride home and back because of the length of time it took. I would have liked a higher trade in value for my car, though. I know it was worth more than I was given.
Z was my contact. He has been with the company from the start and is a low key no nonsense attentive business partner. I bought from out of state and he assisted in all the aspects needed to make this a smooth and mutually beneficial purchase. You are in good hands with Z.
I found the truck I was looking for through an internet link. Called and talked to Z the sales man. He was extremely nice. From the point of test drive to pickup of my truck the process was extremely customer friendly and they were very easy to deal with. I would recommend them if your looking for a nice used vehicle.
I heard about this lot from a co worker however wasn’t well informed on the process of buying a car. Ferris and the whole staff made the process easy for me and took care of any request or repairs I wanted for the vehicle . They were All welcoming and ready with answers for all my questions!
