I also do not find it fair that car salesmen are judged entirely for other departments' mistakes, especially those that car salesmen have no control over. I would not judge a waiter for bad food; therefore, a scorecard should not judge a car salesman for finance mistakes. As a learned lesson, include your salesmen in your deal and go over the paperwork after you are done with these other areas they take you on the dealer. Their report card from the survey directly impacts the salesmen, and even if you get a bad experience in finance, they will blame it on the salesmen. Thanks for your help, Julio!

2010 Ford F-350 review
Just recently purchased my big boy. Waaay too much truck for my needs because I don't pull anything behind it and drive it occasionally. I've heard horror stories about the 6,4L but this truck is amazing. So much power and torque and rides like a champ. 2010 Ford F-350 review
Had the truck up until 165,000 miles. Replaced serpentine belt and tensioner at 100,000. Other than tires and that it was trouble free. Definitely recommend keeping up on oil changes and emissions system.

2010 Ford F-350 review
I bought my 2010 F350 SRW Short Bed 6.4 used in 2017, and it has been great. However, I am getting ready to buy a 5th wheel and I am getting conflicting data on tow capacity. Can anyone help me out? the door tag shows 11,000 GVWR and that seems tremendously low for this truck. Still learning.
