Great vehicle. Great ride and a great value compared to other SUV’s. This is our 2nd Flex and we love them! We looked at other SUV’s but kept coming back to the Flex. I honestly don’t know why anyone would buy anything thing else!!
Thank s to this dealership for the call and the explanation for my extended wait for the service on my truck. This showed me that there are auto dealers that put their customers first on their list. Thanks again Joe D.

Great value for the money. Spacious 3 -row seating, separate rest controls, manual or auto shifting. Bought just as snow hit Southeast. All wheel drive was a Plus! Comfortable. Large gas tank.

I have no problem getting in or out of the Flex. My granddaughter always asks to ride in my limo! The comfort of the ride is beyond my expectations.The room available for each passenger is amazing.For a almost 10 year old car it is still mechanically dependable . We have 2 Ford Flex in our family and both are loved.

We love how comfortable the Flex is, the engine has great power & get up & go, it is very easy to drive & we have had very few problems with it. It has 126,000 miles now but we will be keeping it for several more years because we are very happy with it.
Although I did not purchase a vehicle from Signature Ford of Perry, I just wanted to write a review to show my experience with this dealer. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by sales rep Mike Shenk who immediately assisted me with the vehicle I was interested in. Mike discussed the vehicle with me and with some further conversation with his manager (?), I was able to test drive the vehicle to see if it was the right one for me. This is something that I was not able to do at another local Ford dealer so that is two thumbs up for Mike and this dealer. They treated me with courtesy and did not pressure me, understanding that if the car was a right fit, a deal was to be made. The car was not for me for my specific needs/desires, however if it was, I would have no hesitation with wanting to do business with Mike and Signature Ford of Perry.

we love it. most comfortable ride of any vehicle we have ever owned. this year's interior is top notch. even our 18 year old son loves it.
This is the fourth vehicle I've leased and the best experience I've had. Kendahl was great to work with! He really knows his stuff and doesn't try to give you the runaround. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process and had everything ready to go quickly. I would highly recommend working with Kendahl!

Too bad Ford Motor Co has decided to stop production of this make of vehicle. Its the best car I have owned in a long time
Hi, March 16,2018 my car was in a accident . This was a year to the day that I had purchased it from Car Rite in Grand Ledge MI. I PRAYED for a car then. It was a 2013 Dodge Dart.
Noone was hurt in the accident no ticket was given. My folks drove one hour to come pick me up. I used a 2003 vehicle for a back up car that needed a rim after I found out the tire went flat in 15 min..
The car shop had to place a order for the rim.
Then the car would not start.
My folks drove me to work.
I called CarRite and spoke with them about the accident.
Yesterday, Tyler Melvin a employee of CARite, drove to pick me up so that I would be able to purchase a car.
Car has 2k mile the price of the car was $13,000. Jonathan Keblesh processed my paper work. I met the owner as well.
They treated me Right and with respect.
They helped me when I needed it.
That is why I went back. WHAT A BLESSING Thank you everyone thats been praying for me.

The car is perfect for cargo & passenger space, rides great & looks cool! The car handles the road very well & has a smooth ride for a large vehicle. Vehicle warms up quick in winter & has great sight lines & blind spot mirrors make car a safe & enjoyable experience.
We went to Pauli Ford because we needed a new commuter that got good gas mileage and also had enough room for our growing family. We worked with Paul Phillips who was great. I???ve bought a lot of cars over the years and he???s one of the few that I didn???t feel was trying to either hustle me through the process or push me into something. He listened to our needs and worked with us to get us into a new Fusion which we???re thrilled with! Brian Corbin who closed our deal was also great to work with and explained all our options on that end to make sure we got exactly what we needed. We also dealt with Tricia who helped us get our old lease closed out and even met Brian Pauli himself who took time to talk with us and make sure we were satisfied. Overall a great experience. We???ll be going back in a few months to trade my wife???s car in as well!

I've enjoyed driving this vehicle. It provides an excellent ride. Roomy, comfortable, and plenty of power. The AWD is awesome in winter. I love the Flex's body styling. It has great cargo room when needed. Seating for 7 comes in handy on occasion too.

This car is really nice and I like the way it rides, very smooth. Have wanted one for a few years now and it was the right price and now I own it.
I purchased a CPO vehicle from Signature Ford. The process could not have been easier. No stress, no hassle, no pressure and the process was quick. Randy was great to deal with. My vehicle was ready when promised and immaculate. I highly recommend.

Bought it used from Carmax had 31,000 miles 4 months later won’t start now has 35,000 miles got towed to dealer and of course it’s not the fuel pump because that is covered under warranty it’s the electric module that makes fuel pump work . So now I have to pay 3 00.00 some dollars. But yet I see all kind of people posting about this part really Ford . First Ford Never again back to Chevrolet
Love everything about Signature Ford, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Calm and welcoming setting (unlike other dealerships I've been to). The Service Department goes way above and beyond!!!! I love the fact that they will pick up and drop off my vehicle for maintenance, I don't have to miss any work or spend a day off sitting and waiting. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!!!!

I had the Ford Flex for a couple years and must say as a family hauler it is top notch!!! the interior layout is great with cupholders to spare, and the tech is amazing. the only thing I didnt like was the fuel economy. I had the 3.5 v6, NOT the ecoboost. I feel that the vehicle may have been a bit heavy for that engine, as well as the box design probably wasnt that great when it comes to wind resistance. the room and comfort was good though. I drove to las vegas from edmonton non stop and didnt experience any kind of pains after driving for 22 hours.
Mr. Backhuus was very kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle we bought from him. We got a fair price and even traded in our old vehicle. So easy to work with and very nice. We loved doing business from someone like his company in our hometown.

T-boned, and my door took the hit...jaws of life used to get me out...car did not roll because of the Flex wide and low style and their safety standards - superior quality safe vehicle by Ford... although it was totalled, I wasn't...and my pyrex cake plate made it too...bravo Ford. Can't wait to get another one someday..I'll fill that cake plate to celebrate when I do...Thanks for making The Flex 💪...sure had the muscle I needed that day!
We brought our Ford 350 in to be fixed and plug that goes from your 5th to the pick up truck and broken twice, actually came apart, what we were told is this happens all the time, and they wanted to charge us $300.00 and some dollars for something that would fall apart again I found terrible business, my husband even called Jenny the one that sold it to us, she never called us back and the person who he did talk to said there was nothing he could do, I was under the impression it would be under warranty and we were told no.

We replaced our 2009 Flex with a 2017 Flex. We have loved our 2 Flex’s and are very pleased with the updates to the vehicle in the 8 years between models.
Serviced my car for an oil change in a timely manner. Left a written service report outlining my car's status for future needs. I brought in mailers sent from Ford for call back items that needed to be addressed. Your computer showed these issues and a future appointment was made. Friendly helpful service. I can always rely on your car care
