2017 Ford Focus review
This car is exactly what i needed when i limped my old ponitac into the dealer. Unlike my previous car this one is great on gas. It handles smoothly in my opinion. THe only downside i can think of is the trunk is small. even with the seats down in the sedan like i got.

2014 Ford Focus review
2014 Focus SE Hatchback bought in 2016 with 7500 miles. Its currently 2025 and 113k miles. The only repair issue was the TCM failure at 90k. I had to wait 3 weeks for the part to come in all the while unable to drive my only vehicle. Only other problem with this car is the heat shields have fallen loose and rattle. I have thought about replacing this car several times over the past 3 years. I've test driven many similar cars and haven't found any that drive much better. So I keep driving this car.

2018 Ford Focus review
Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

2016 Ford Focus review
I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

I bought the car in 2020 now , I've replaced the water pump, alternator, purge valve and normal maintenance, the car gets up to speed on the highway pretty good , is pretty quite , handles good for a economy car, I got a 5 speed manual with all the bells and whistles, I would say it's not bad for the price I paid for it , I guess the automatics are a nightmare to own. If you drive in the snow get snow tires, other than that I hope to hit 200 k with this car

If you’re reading this review ur like me, wondering where do you go anymore to buy a car with an exceptional dealer experience. This is the place! Get ahold of Rob Guthrie/Joe Lehr and thank me later. You don’t find salesmen like this anymore. I was calling dealerships all over/around Michigan. I couldn’t get a call back! I’m glad I found these guys. Closed the deal in a day and drove my new Tacoma home. Alex( the finance guy )was great ,had me on the road in under 10 mins. Thanks again Rob/Joe/Alex!

I was impressed with Drew as he was not a high pressured salesman. He allowed me to familiarize myself with the bmw. When I asked for an inspection performed by an independent bmw dealer he agreed to this. He wanted to sell the car but moved at my place. A neighborhood used car dealer that will continue to grow. Carmen was quite helpful and personable while she processed paperwork. I will return in the future

Father & Son Auto SalesReviews
Father & Son Auto Sales review
Here’s a completely fresh review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Look No Further — This Place is the Real Deal! I was honestly dreading the car buying process, but Father & Son Dealership completely changed my perspective. Walking in, we were greeted immediately by a staff that was warm, attentive, and refreshingly laid back. Nobody was hovering or pushing — they simply focused on understanding what we needed and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. The whole team had an energy that made the experience genuinely enjoyable, which is something I never thought I’d say about buying a car. Mike sealed the deal for us in every sense of the word. He worked hard to get us numbers that made sense for our budget and came through with an offer that honestly shocked us — in the best way possible. It was clear that everyone here, from the sales floor to the finance office, operates with integrity and truly values their customers. We drove off the lot feeling confident, excited, and well taken care of. Father & Son has set the bar high and I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I had a great experience with this dealership from start to finish. The team was very professional, transparent, and welcoming throughout the process. I recently purchased a Chevy Trax, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Shane and Stephanie were both very helpful, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. I also compared with a few other dealerships, and they offered me the best deal without any pressure, which I truly appreciated. Their service and hospitality really stood out, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free and trustworthy car buying experience.
2012 Ford Focus review
Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

I recently took my wife's 2026 Equinox in to Matick Chevy for it's first maintenance. I checked to see if I could drop it off the night before and was told no problem. 1st maintenance was performed and they gave me a call that I could pick it up the next afternoon. No charge, such a deal. I was also given a car wash ticket. That's how its supposed to be.
2018 Ford Focus review
I bought my 2017 Ford Focus SE 1.0L Manual New and only had minor issues with it it that was covered under warranty. only issues I had was the PVC needed to be replaced and the CV Axle seals. The Focus rode great, I ended up getting 45+ miles per gallons using 93 octane fuel and a pedal enhancer, made a world of a difference. She was a peppy little car. I loved the Black interior, the seat were fairly comfortable. I ended up trading it for a small SUV for more room because my son was growing so fast and needed more leg room for him. I regretted getting rid of it and just should have kept for my commute to work.

2017 Ford Focus review
Just purchased for a replacement to a 300,000 mile escape, it’s the sel model so creature comforts are few but for the price it is optioned pretty well, the 4 cylinder was averaging 37 mpg on my 2 hour drive home with plenty of power, plenty of room inside do a small car for 2 people and maybe smaller kids in the back seat but it is a smooth ride for the small package. I will use it as a work vehicle to commute the 3 to 4 hours each way to work

2016 Ford Focus review
I am reviewing for the 2016 Ford Focus S.E. with hatchback. Engine performance, pick-up, and MPG are excellent! The car overall is an excellent choice. I have had very few mechanical problems with it. MAKE SURE WHEN YOU BUY THIS CAR THE TRANSMISSION IS GOOD. I made the mistake of buying it when the transmission was bad! Ford doesn't know how to make good transmissions for the Focus. DO NOT set MyKey! It WILL cause problems! Even with the dealer key I didn't see the MyKey option after I had set it once, and I had to completely delete MyKey from the system altogether using my computer. The remote start battery wears out quickly! You can only remote start it a few times before it goes out. I recommend this car, but DO NOT try to let someone sell it to you with a bad transmission, before or after the test drive!

Fast and friendly. Telling friend and family. So close to home. Was referred to me by friend. To bad she didn't get credit for it, I never would have gone.
2010 Ford Focus review
My 2010 consistently gets 46mpg on the highway, 2.0 with automatic. Bought new, only run Mobile1 full synthetic 5w30. Great little car, should last 300k easy!

2010 Ford Focus review
This generation of Focus is a very good buy. They are a long lasting car, I have done oil changes 15k-20k miles. My car is currently sitting at 298k miles on its original engine and transmission. It has had routine repairs like wheel bearings, a fuel pump, an engine mount and quite a few tires. If you’re looking for a cheap reliable car, you don’t need a Honda, you need this Ford Focus.

2014 Ford Focus. Best car I have ever driven. Fun to drive and I look sexy driving it. Passed it on to my daughter, 177000 miles and still runs great.

2013 Ford Focus review
In Aug 2016, purchased the 2013 Fucus Hatch SE used in 2016, with 13,000 miles on it. With 35-37mpg on average with mixed driving. Early on OK without issues. Around 40K miles the transmission electronic control modual, ECM, needed an adjustment. The transmission is a learning transmission. It will learn how you drive and adjust shift points as your driving habits are learned by the transmission. My wife's driving habits are put it in drive and GO! My habits are different. Every now and then I will drive her car and shift the transmission as a manual drive, since the transmission is a manual drive transmission which has been automated. The engine and transmission only makes a subtle gurgle noise when as the car shifts from 2nd to 1st as the car comes to a stop. The car is sporty to drive, sensitive steering, good braking. It reminds be of a less expensive VW Golf. Currently we have 140K miles and the only wear on the car that shows is a failure of the heat shield and since I am a mechanically inclined guy who putters around fixing what is broken, there is wear on the clutches in the transmission, all due by my wife's driving habits of being a speedy driver. Since we already have it and its paid off, I will keep it. I will only purchase a Golf or Jetta when the transmission or electronic control module hiccups. I do realize the ECM has a recall if you're below 1450K miles.

Was a great experience! I’ve never bought a car from out of state before however, Spencer was knowledgeable and informative without high pressure. I’ve got a couple thousand miles on it now and everything is fine. All works good it’s exactly the car I wanted.
2018 Ford Focus review
I love this car, the only exception is the transmission. The clutches jerk hard, only once in a while. It mainly jerks when someone besides me drives and only occasionally with me. Overall, I love this car!
