The Focus St is a fun car that one can use as a daily driver. 30-34 mpg hwy with 250+ hp / 270+ tq is a great combo

I located a Dodge challenger at this dealership that was decently priced , So I took a trip fully expecting to buy and my first impression after meeting with Mario that it was going to be an easy sale for both of us. . He was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the sale did not happen when I was offered $17,000 for a 2019 Subaru Legacy all wheels drive premium in mint condition always garaged and serviced on time , no accidents clean record with 50,000 miles knowing it would be a hot item soon with snow arriving. Some how they dropped the ball with the offer. Obviously I did my research owning my own business and I understand they also need to make a profit so I expected at least $19 since they are on line selling in new England for $28,900 some with 65,000 miles above, I was very dissatisfied so I did visit another dealership in Connecticut that had a same year challenger for same price but went above my expectations for my trade in . I prefer to support local . I am still recommending using Bourne and please ask for Mario as he deserves the sale.

This car delivers plenty of fun per mile, very reliable, very fuel efficient, with all the features and entertainment goodies I enjoy. In 28000 miles it has performed flawlessly and the wrap around FORD 5YR/60000 mile bumper to bumper warranty gives the next owner 3 more worry free years.

The installation of a new hood ornament was speedy and a generally easy and pleasant operation, due to the service associate Shawn Durham. It is always a tremendous pleasure to do business with him.

I love it!! It sits a little low for me, but, what do I know, I'm old LOL. Other than that it's great. I now have respect from the kids. Plenty of room for my tall kids without feeling like I'm driving a tank. Has great pick-up speed and very smooth ride. Love it!

Great staff. Ryan Weston was awesome. My only complaint is a crappy key fob. With no key lol. Not complaining. 🤔. I would ask they send me the other key fob or give me the factory code to my car doors for programming. A new fob is 300 bucks. Not sure why I ended up with this one. It isn't the same one I used on test drive. This one doesn't lock the doors easily. Button is screwed up. And as I mentioned there isn't a KEY inside the fob like there should be. Hopefully after they read this they'll send me the other in the mail? IDK. Other than that from start to finish I cannot complain, and as long as this car holds together like it should I will Definitely shop there again

Had a very good experience. The service rep I worked with listened to my explanation of the issues (many really don't) and took into consideration the work previously done on the truck by another dealer. The initial problem was readily fixed while an additional warranty related problem was found and fixed at minimal cost. I was kept informed every step of the way. Great overall experience.

Fantastic experience purchasing a well cared for used Italian exotic from these guys earlier in January, only 2 years after buying my first Lamborghini from them too. Lots of changes on their building, every time it looks nicer and nicer. Worked with Patrick to negotiate a deal, sight unseen! My first time going this route with not being able to touch and drive the car in person prior to purchasing. Patrick was very candid about everything and timely with his replies to all my questions via text and phone. We worked through the details on the vehicle I purchased, plus traded pics and negotiated what I felt was a very fair deal for my trade. After a couple of days I was able to make it down to Dallas to pick the car up and found the car was in excellent shape. Low miles for a 7 year old vehicle and well taken care of, just as described by Patrick. He was also able to take some of the extra time to remedy a few small cosmetic items, which I appreciated and also took time to show me how to actually drive this car and mess with all the little things on it. Total time at the dealer to sign everything was around an hour and Victor in the finance department was efficient and cordial to work with. In addition, Victor was able to locate an extended warranty (hard to get for exotics) after everything was done at a great price that I couldn’t refuse. A very very positive experience with the RPM folks. Cheers!
